The game has been very fun so far. I haven't had any technical issues. I've played xcom but it's been a while and I really only did like 2 full play throughs. I mention that because the game has been pretty easy on hard. Still. I like the characters, I like the story and the combat has been very fun. I like that they let you respec or change classes for free to allow me to experiment. Give it a go if you're a star wars or tactical game fan.
this game really nails everything i love about xcom and also adds a lot that feels fresh to the genre. great characters with depth makes the storyline fun to go through. the story itself is very fun and weaves itself perfectly into the clone war era. cannot recommend enough!

A great combination of X-COM and Star Wars. The game could do without the third-person overworld, and awful third-person portions of the mission that feel tacked on, but the gameplay more than makes up for it.

Crashes constantly. doesn't auto-save between rounds so you have to do the whole mission again from scratch. reinventing the wheel for the 100th time here...

I understand people are having optimization issues. I feel for yall. it sucks. However this game is solid. I personally havent ran into any frame issues. I have ran into one freeze but thats it. Story is solid. Characters are solid. Gameplay is good. Worth $50 Updates can fix the current issues
Graphics & Audio: 8/10 Gameplay: 6.5/10 (Extremely standard turn-based tactics) Optimization: 2/10 Looks and sounds great, but the actual gameplay brings zero new ideas to the table. The real nightmare is performance. How does an isometric strategy game on tiny maps burn through this much hardware? If you aren't crutching on DLSS, Frame Gen, and pure prayer, you won't even hit 60 FPS on a tactical grid the size of a postage stamp. Grab it at a ~50% discount unless you enjoy paying full price to turn your room into a sauna.
