Spiritual Warfare is a Zelda-like overhead action game where you play as a soldier of God, fighting the forces of darkness in various parts of a modern city to find the armor of God, each one guarded by increasingly difficult demon bosses. 7/10 The weirdest games are the ones we remember from our childhood. I remember my super religious family buying this decades ago thinking it was spiritual, I just liked throwing apples at demons... we were not the same. Simple Zelda knockoff in a modern setting and with massive religious overtones. Fun times.
awesome game of gods word
More fun than you expect, especially the Exodus and Joshua games. Joshua is the best.
gerçek retro atari oyunu tarzı ve türü sevenler dışında bulaşmasın sarmaz
The Good: Most of the same nostalgic gameplay from the 90s Gameboy / NES game. Overall, I still recommend this as the weird family-friendly Zelda-esque RPG it is. There's also an actual save system now instead of the old 50 character hash that you had to write down or you were sunk The Bad: Secrets don't show up all the time. I thought I was going crazy when the vials weren't opening holes in buildings like they used to. Turns out that the holes weren't showing on screen (even though they could occasionally be accessed) The Ugly: There are a lot of controls and settings that the game doesn't tell you about: F5: Press this and lower the display rate otherwise the game will go too quickly F3: Save screen. Make sure to save often and in different slots Tab: Lay a Vial Number keys: Switch fruit Space: Fire fruit Arrow keys: Move A: Annointing Oil T: Torch M: Map P: Pray (10 spirit = 1/2 heart)
Its just DOSBox emulation of the PC games. Don't expect much else from it.
Christian reskin of zelda 1 (actually way better), good progression system, interesting boss fights, lots of unique areas and items to explore/find, one of the best Christian stories in gaming
I got this for the Spiritual Warfare game. It's a little easier in some ways as compared to the NES version. I think this might be due to differences in the PC version back when this game was released. I have not played any oft he other games in the collection though.
These games are basic copy and paste NES style religous games, that's about it I would rate it a 5/10. Overall most of the games feel pretty much the same from one another if you really are interested in playing a classic religous game just play Super Noah's Ark 3D.
