Not Recommended This game feels more like an unfinished beta than a proper release. It’s riddled with bugs that make it nearly unplayable: constant crashes, broken quests, NPCs that don’t respond, pathfinding that drives units into walls or keeps them stuck, and random freezes that force you to restart. Even when you manage to get past the technical issues, the balance is all over the place. Some fights are absurdly easy, while others are impossible because of scripting bugs. Cutscenes often don’t trigger correctly, and in some cases, quest objectives simply won’t update—leaving you with no way to progress. It’s frustrating because underneath all the problems there could be a decent game, but the sheer amount of technical issues makes it more of a chore than anything else. The developers never bothered to fix these problems, and it shows. Unless you’re a hardcore SpellForce collector who absolutely needs this for the series, I’d stay far away. There are better entries in the franchise that don’t feel like a broken mess. and the most annoying thing is that it is just a puzzle game, nothing more
ПОШЛИ НА-Х¥Й бездарные THQ бичи access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error access violation error БОМЖИ
Gotta give this -1 just for the stealth mission. So bad.
Even worse than the previous one.
Lazy and incredibly buggy mess of the game. During those almost 17 hours I got softlocked 3 times, having to restart whole chapters just for the game to work again properly. Additionally some side quests are unsolvable due to important components not spawning.
Единственная после первой части замена
нет
some campaign missions have bugs that completely halt progress and need you to restart an entire map like halfway thru. I'm not doing that.
Leider kommt es nicht annähernd an Spellforce 1 Platinum heran SpellForce 2 alles viel zu kitschig die charactere wirken sehr billig Proportionen katastrophal sehr ♥♥♥♥ Fett story so lala
SpellForce 2: Demons of the Past is a fantastic conclusion to the long-running series and serves as a proper farewell to the world of Eo. As the final expansion, it ties together the many storylines introduced throughout the franchise, offering closure while still delivering the same addictive mix of RPG and RTS gameplay. What stands out most here is the sheer scale of the campaign: it’s long, ambitious, and filled with memorable encounters that challenge both strategic thinking and character development. The RPG elements shine with a large cast of companions, each with their own backstory and abilities. The game rewards players who enjoy tinkering with builds, as there’s a wide variety of skills and equipment to experiment with. On the RTS side, the battles feel larger and more intense than before, with diverse enemy factions keeping the action fresh. Graphically, Demons of the Past may not have been cutting-edge at release, but the art direction and atmosphere remain immersive. The environments are beautifully designed and complement the epic story that pushes the narrative toward its grand finale. The soundtrack deserves special mention as well, with sweeping themes that elevate both quiet exploration and large-scale battles. As a closing chapter, Demons of the Past succeeds in delivering emotional weight and gameplay depth. It’s a must-play for fans of the series and a worthy send-off to a unique and beloved hybrid franchise.
