Unfortunately, the game has game-breaking bugs: often combat crashes and freezes, and your run is over. A real pity, otherwise a fun game.

When I played the game, the ship was attacked so many times that the gameplay had to restart again because the ship blew up. I never managed to complete the mission at all. and that is an easy difficulty. That all makes it no fun to play for me.

It is a quite good game. It is similar in many ways to FTL, as a recent game to compare to, but the graphics are much better, although FTL's pixel are is quite nice as well. Additionally you aren't being chased by an evil federation, so you have freedom to explore. There are many side stories that are standard and somewhat repetitive, but the main story changes depending on the selected scenario. Scenarios, perks, and new ships are unlocked through leveling up your game, through the successful completion of scenarios. The sectors are randomly generated at the beginning of the game, making each new game fairly unique. To say the this is an FTL clone would be an unfair statement. It is in the same genre, but definitely not the same. It may have borrowed concepts, but there are enough differences that it isn't a virtual ripoff. For one, the graphics are improved and there are lots of giant space monsters to fight as well.

Un spin off de FTL que j'ai trouvé plutôt moyen voir pas très bon. Il reprend en tous points les mécaniques, les codes, le principe de son grand frère avec un aspect plus polish, une carte plus chatoyante. En résumé, le jeu est plus moderne. Je n'ai pas pris autant de plaisir et d'envie de poursuivre qu'avec FTL car Space Rogue souffre d'une prise en main clair et substantielle. On pas toujours le sentiment de contrôler ses personnages, il faut cliquer plusieurs fois. Bref c'est laborieux. Quelqu'un l'exprime un peu mieux que moi dans un autre commentaire. Cela a été le point le plus repoussant pour moi. Je lui mets une recommandation malgré tout, car si le graphisme de FTL rebute certains c'est peut-être un bon achat. Néanmoins je préfère orienter une personne sur FTL que sur Space Rogue. Actuellement j'attends TRIGON qui me semble être LE successeur de FTL.

Аналог FTL только я бы сказал по приятнее, более приятный графоний, ограничений во времени нет, очень расслабляющяя игруля.
