IF YOU HAVE A STEAM DECK PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! I know from experience this is a wonderful game. I had it on the Kindle Fire back in the day, and I am confident anyone would enjoy it. However, the issue lies with the fact that I am a steam deck user. I use another monitor (connected via HDMI) while in desktop mode, which is how I was hoping to play the game. Install goes well, no issues. I click on the game to open, and my monitor shuts down. PUDDLE is stretched vertically on half of my screen, with no way to close the tab or see the buttons to play. I ended up restarting the deck, monitor still wouldn't work. I switch power cables, switch HDMI cables. HDMI not connected is still displayed on screen. I managed to uninstall it from my library and my monitor still wouldn't work. We plugged it into other devices and it worked fine. Several resets and multiple hours later, monitor switches back on. Used it for a while, then decided to see if Puddle was the problem, so I installed again. I am writing this with my monitor blacked out and Puddle uninstalled for the second time in 12 hours. I won't request a refund or anything, because I'm holding out hope that it will work when I can afford a real PC. But if devs see this, please try and fix? I can provide more details if necessary, just comment or reach out to me.

This game has two difficulty modes: "Extreme" and "We're going to call you a pathetic sissy at every opportunity because you didn't pick Extreme" This was going to be a cool puzzle game for my son, but he's a bit too young to have to deal with bullying and toxic masculinity from a video game.
I am Liquid
(not from creators of I am Fish) Key features

For accurate and patient gamers,
Various fluids to control,
You can travel inside human body!
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3743394630 General thoughts I think Puddle is a good, interesting game. I wouldn't say it's fun, certainly not on its highest punishing difficulty, but nevertheless it delivered a unique gaming experience with various mechanics. The core play is about moving through obstacles, balancing drops and avoiding hazards, while maintaining your mass as high as possible. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3745878684 You've Come a Long Way, Water It's not just water you get to navigate. There's a slow, sticky goo (sewers level). A floating jelly nugget (space level). Fast ink (paper level) and white stuff causing burps (I hope it was milk...). And more variants to play as! Each liquid has different properties. Each level, then, has different hazards you must consider. I think my favourite is moving lava and dodging freeze outbursts. Keep lava idle too long and it assumes a hardened form, which you then use to push levers. Keep it hardened even longer and you fail, so better leg it to a hot spot. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3746186310 Some levels take a minute to complete, others two. No checkpoints or saving, you will have to memorize where to speed up, where to slow down and deliver a (near) perfect run in 48 levels. Oh-ho-ho, you'll be in so many bizarre places! There's even a story, the journey that liquid takes. Definitely recommend this game.
Puddle is a nice slick looking indy game. The premise is very simple: Get a certain kind liquid from point A to point B. The liquid itself can not be controlled, but you can manipulate the environments in such the way that the liquid will start to move. Then you will have to navigate is through a trajectory with all kinds of booby traps and physics based puzzles. It's a very nice and calming experience, and the soundtrack and colorful graphics just make this a little casual game that is worth every single penny
What starts out as an interesting concept turns into frustration with time. Normally physics based games have a bit of randomness to them as they are driven by physics and things tend to not play out the same way twice. In this case, it is a physics game, but your "character" is not a fixed thing. What I mean is that the fluid you are controlling can spread, meaning the camera tries to look at the center of your collective and now you can't see what's in front of you, and now you've lost the level. This is a common occurrence. The game even lets you skip a handful of levels as they seemingly expect people to get frustrated and stuck.
I've been in Steam for more than 10 years and this one is the first game that I ever bought. Very good game if you want something chill
Жидкая вода. Игра детства, довольно интересная головоломка. История о воде, оригинально. Приятно играть, некий антистресс даже, вообще не проходняк. Твердая 9 из 10 (балл снят за отсутствие желтой воды)

I have only made it to the Sewers, but some of the chapters genuinely made me want to stop playing. I get that the human body is meant to be a bit weird to see inside of, but it's nightmare fuel to me, especially the weird noises! And then the very next thing is a man peeing, and it dissolving a rat, making RAT GOO. Those all disgust me, and there's very little music past the first chapter that makes me actually want to play farther. It kind of reminds me of World of Goo, except the grossness overtaking the story, and no good music to distract from it. If World of Goo had these qualities, I would hate it without end. If you like this game, then by all means, don't let a silly review stop you; but if you want a game that has fun music with simple gameplay, I would strongly recommend you NOT play this game.
