The X-ray kill cam is disgusting, unnecessary, dramatic, and absolutely the reason half of us are here. Sniper Elite 4 is extremely satisfying if you like slow, careful gameplay where patience turns into violence. You scout an area, tag enemies, find a good position, set traps, and try to make one clean shot feel like a masterpiece. Then, of course, something goes wrong and suddenly stealth has left the chat. The maps are big enough to give you options, which is what makes it fun. You can sneak around properly, clear areas carefully, or accidentally alert everyone because one guard had the audacity to walk somewhere inconvenient. The sniping feels great, the stealth is rewarding, and the game gives you enough freedom to feel clever without making everything overwhelming. Also, yes, the testicle shots are horrible art. I am not above it.
