game is good. would be better if spamton and tenna got a sex scene but we all cant be winners
After spending literally all day playing chapter 5, I can confidently say that Deltarune is one of the most important pieces of media to come out in this generation. I can't think of any other game that takes such advantage of the fact that it is a video game, and I believe what Toby Fox and his team have managed here is nothing short of miraculous. Honestly, I could write a behemoth of a paragraph, but another reviewer summarized my thoughts much more eloquently: "basically the second coming of christ in video game form". Yeah, that's pretty much it. Do yourself a favor and play this game
greatt game has dogs and cats and bearsa nd rabbets and cats and d
chapter 1 released all the way back when i was in middle school with chapter 5 i am now an adult, done with my university diplomma, have a job game still makes me cry every single time i finish another chapter why do you keep doing this to me tobias foximer
Lifechanging to say the least. Toby Fox is one of my idols I look up too, and to see his humor and storytelling put in probably one of the best RPGs of all time. Doesn't matter if Toby TAKES TOO LONG on chapters, I always trust the end result to be stunning. Ever since I started playing this game back in 2022, a few months after Chapter 2 dropped, I've been following it ever since. Chapter 3 + 4 is an incredible experience and I completely look forward to 5, 6, and 7.
One of the best games of all time. Tobias Fox has masterfully crafted such a compelling narrative and composed a kick ass soundtrack to go along with it. It blows my mind that it's only really him and a few other people working on this. Absolutely brilliant man and yes I know I am glazing hardcore he deserves it. I haven't played Undertale yet, but now I have to and I'm so pumped. IT'S ALL CONNECTED (insert picture of a guy in front of a cork board with red string).
It's not UNDERTALE, it's... something way cooler. Everything from the battle system to walking has been improved on substantially since UNDERTALE, and since the first chapter released. I'm not going to lie, I think Toby should dedicate some budget to going back and making chapters 1 and 2 more quality assured with more animation and lighting effects like chapters 3, 4, and 5 are positively brimming with. They make chapter 1 and 2 look crusty in comparison. Chapter 3's gimmick was pretty fun as well as chapter 5's gameplay gimmick. Overall, good game
Deltarune just keeps on getting better and more interesting with each chapter. I can now really say that Deltarune is better than Undertale in every way, except maybe soundtrack, in my opinion Undertale has a greater "density" of good songs but it's entirely subjective and we still have at least two final chapters, Each chapter is rich and dense in easter eggs, secrets, enemy encounters, and lore. Game awards you with more lore and better weapons if you manage to find these secrets. Despite the fact that game is still technically in development, there is content for 40+ hours in those 5 chapters (I've played the game 2,5 times and still haven't discovered everything). Each character also has their own personality and enemies don't feel repetitive at all, Toby Fox clearly knows how to write interesting characters. You can also see how each character (both main and secondary characters) evolves and changes over time, with the best example being Suzie and Noelle. Overall this is a very good game that's definitely worth the money, it has fun and engaging battle system, interesting characters, setting, and premise, and a deeply captivating developing story.
pirate green gaster is tuff. also the music gameplay and story is good or whatever
