Snake vs Snake is a fast paced snake game with an insane battle mode with power-ups, boss fights and much more. Inspired by old classical Snake but with a much faster arcade pace and local multiplayer support.
1 - 6 Players can battle it out in the battle mode. Use power-ups to defeat the other Snakes. Got no one to play with? Don't worry you can play against Snake AI players.
The game itself doesn't support multiplayer but works well with Remote Remote Play where you can play online with your friends.
Compete with other players from around the world and reach the #1 spot. Prove once and for all that you are the best Snake player in the world.
Fun like in the good old days; just keep going as long as you can.
Beat puzzle inspired levels by collecting all apples. Don't hit any of the walls. Sounds easy? Well it's not as easy as it sounds!

Was a really nice surprise, I just wanted to play the old snake and took this one hoping it'd give back the nostalgia. And oh god yes it did! You can play the usual one with just apples to eat and not die, or try the puzzle ones (either in speedrun with unlimited life or hardcore). You even have a nice surprise as the last level! It's pretty challenging and the multi mode, the ai are quite good depending of the multi mode, hours passed without me noticing, hopefully I'll find some friend to test in real the multi mode that sounds really fun! (Really loved the unofficial? tron game back then, it has the same spirit I guess) No bug, effective, challenging as Snake can be, some fun mode, a nice Snake game to have on Steam!

Really fun and definitely hits the nostalgia - I found myself losing track of how long I'd been playing in the first session. The controls are suprisingly tight - I found that the input was really reliable and responded quite well to my intentions which is really important for a snake game- hats off to the developer. Ended up being a really nice and chill day thanks to this game!
Bought this thinking it would be a challenge for a solo play but it was actually very boring, there's only apples to collect & the snake is slow. If you've ever played the hidden discord game Snek, it's nowhere near as good as that. Snek was one of the best snake challenges i've ever played & I have a top score of 404 on it. I'm going to recommend this game as it looks like it will be fun in multiplayer mode.

Family fun game with simple dynamics for quick play and understanding. Fun for kids and adults alike. Old school same screen fun.
