Sky Cat is a really fun shooter that really doesn't add anything new,you can upgrade weapons,ships etc.,but it works and it works well and there's a lot of content here for the price anyway. Some of the cons i see are few and far between,like i think there should be a progression system to at lest the weapons ,you can buy the most powerful guns early(with a little grinding) and then aside from achievements there is no incentive to buy them at all. Also a score attack or boss rush would not hurt either.

Cats and mouse are cute, yes. But the game itself is really bad. Ridiculously expensive shop items. And seems like you can't even use purchased shot types and other items in arcade mode. Lots of enemies have too much hp for default shot type, you can't even kill most of them. Stages are boring. Annoying grindy achievements.

Cute, everything else is terrible. Game contents are too less, items are too expensive, achievements are too farming. The devs are wasting players' time. 遊戲的美術風格可愛，但其他內容都很糟糕。關卡少，變化性低。道具價格貴到離譜，成就農到不可思議。官方做得最好的就是浪費玩家時間。

Skycat is a cute shoot 'em up style game with two game modes to play and a lot of unlockables in the shop to purchase with stars you collect in the levels you play. Mission mode is where I find the most enjoyment as you not only get 5 different difficulties to choose from but you can also customize your cat with the items you bought at the store to use. You can change the appearance of your cat purely for cosmetic purposes and added fun, but the real game changer is being able to equip different types of shots you can use and which plane you want to use. The plane is interesting because each plane gives you a different amount of lives you have available to you to complete the level with the best plane costing 30000 stars giving you 99 lives. As for the shots you can equip 2 different types at a time and each one varies in strength of the shot and pattern of the shot such as some shooting underneath you or behind you for example. Arcade mode just throws you in the game with the starting cat equipped with the starting plane and shots, personally I don't play this mode very much. The game is honestly pretty fun to play in small doses and there really is no need to unlock everything unless you want the achievements or are a completionist. From personal experience I will tell you that if you are going the achievement hunter and/or completionist route you are in for a long grind. You will need a lot of stars to afford everything in the store with the most expensive thing being the 30000 star plane that grants 99 lives. Also, mission mode has 48 stages with 5 different difficulty levels and if you are going for all achievements you will have to beat every mission 5 times once on each difficulty. The quest for 100% achievements and completion is most definitely a grind. If you are a player who enjoys grinding out their games to get absolutely everything, you will feel right at home here. For the players who do not want to grind you can still find enjoyment with this game by playing it in small doses and buying the things from the shop that you really want to use and honestly the 99 lives plane does not seem like a necessary purchase at all. (Still really cool to have such a powerful item though.) For the price this game is going for I would say it is a good addition to your gaming library for either wanting a game to get your grind on, or just simply wanting to kick back and enjoy something fun and cute while you kill a little bit of time.
