Honestly speaking, the shumup system is similar to Castle of Shikigami. The conversations are so fun. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFwNtPB3c5Y
I do recommend this game but if you're gonna buy this you might run into an issue on a high refresh rate monitor which makes you move WAY faster than you should making it hard to dodge more dense bullet patterns. How I fixed this issue was by going to Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings. Then click "Add" and pick Sisters Royale and once you do that go to Max Frame Rate and turn it on to 60 fps. Hit apply and that should fix your movement (I dont know what the settings are like on an AMD graphics card but hopefully these steps can still help).
Quite underwhelming... Patterns aren't so interesting, it's always the same color and there's not much distinction between bosses. There's some gimmicks like sliperry floors or windy push, but they aren't fun/interesting. There's also some special effects that make it more difficult to see the bullets and your own hitbox. There are so many other shmups that are way more fun than this one. Also not a big fan of the esthethics, and the music is average.
This is the sort of shmup that looks really hard, but it actually isn't so bad. Although there are a lot of bullets onscreen, the patterns are easy to understand and avoid. Dodging them feels good! The various characters feel different, and trying out new ones is fun. The scoring system has a lot of complexity, but it isn't too hard to figure out. It really rewards risky behavior, but scoring also earns lives and bombs, so going for a high score helps with survival too.

The game is fast paced and very colorful. Their are a good amount of cute girls to play as and the story is funny.

It's a fun shmup by the developers of the Castle Shikigami series. Graze bullets, shoot everything with your secondary shot, have fun. Easy mode feels like a good difficulty mode for people who are brand new to the genre, especially if you pick Sonay (the beginner character). As a more experienced player I felt like the gameplay was a bit on the bland side at first, but I immediately starting enjoying the game so much more when I moved away from Sonay and tried out the other characters. There's a huge difference between just sitting at the back of the screen playing Sonay for survival, and aggressively speedkilling enemy waves and milking bosses as the other characters. So I highly recommend picking Sonay if you're new, and I highly recommend trying the other characters as soon as you get bored. Playing for score makes the game much more interesting too. It really encourages you to get aggressive, speedkill as many enemies as possible and milk lucrative boss phases, all while constantly grazing bullets. The game really is as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. Here's my hard mode 1CC as Ece: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IR8M9CnGjU My least favorite thing about the game is the environmental gimmicks, but at least they can be routed around to an extent. Wind only applies when you stop holding a direction, so you can ignore it by moving through it without stopping or by pushing against the bottom edge of the screen and moving left and right with diagonal inputs. Ice...appears early enough in the game that you can just bomb through it and earn more bombs afterwards. It's not ideal but it doesn't ruin the game for me. Anyway, I recommend giving it a try!
I liked this game so much that I spent days coding a plugin to fix the movement in higher frame rates. Check the Guides section, and yes, the game is worth it even without it, especially if you like the wonderful mix of Shmup + Waifus.
Fun shmup by the developers of Castle of Shikigami. Very accessible to beginners and quite generous with resources, depending on how willing you are to score. The scoring system, mostly based on grazing, is very fun to engage in and causes different characters, who have very unconventional and distinct moves, to be rewarded for wildly different playstyles. That all being said, I don't see myself playing it for much longer because it doesn't feel as exciting as I've come to expect from shmups, especially of the bullet hell variety. The slow scrolling, goofy music and cute artstyle don't exactly build a lot of the tension and thrill of other bullet hells. Overall I'd say it's a good and well done game, but it's not very exciting.
The characters are very different from eachother, which makes playing through the 5 stages with each character interesting. Story is silly, but endearing. Your basic shot is powered up by grazing, which encourages a fun and tense play-style. Each character also has a magic attack that's usually stronger than the basic attack, but not more than the graze powered basic attack, so using both feels natural. Worth the money for sure. Got a 1CC on easy on my first try, so beginners are welcome.
