Manage Hell. Manipulate the Overworld. Build the resurrection business of your dreams! In Sintopia, you’re tasked with managing the bureaucratic administration of Hell: “re-educate” the sinful, generate profit, play god and expand your hellish empire. All part of a day’s work at Hell Incorporated.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
Hell is full. Bureaucracy is eternal. And you’re in charge. Sintopia is a darkly comedic strategy and management sim where you run the underworld’s most dysfunctional punishment facility. As a freshly promoted middle manager of Hell Incorporated, your job is simple: “re-educate” sinners, resurrect the worthy, and turn eternal damnation into an optimized business machine.
Build sin processing facilities, perfect their automation, manage hellish “imployees,” and maintain a thriving Overworld… or show the Humus who’s really in charge by flexing your divine power. Shape your underworld empire across multiple layers of Hell and decide what kind of deity you want to be… merciful, efficient, or deliciously petty.

Build a devilishly efficient underworld to process the endless stream of sinful souls arriving from above. Punish souls to turn a profit and expand your capabilities or divine influence. Hire eclectic imployees to keep the paperwork flowing… just make sure they’re paid on time.
Uphold a thriving Overworld to maintain the cycle of resurrection. As Hell’s administrator, you can use your divine powers to “motivate” the living to do your bidding. Nothing like a bolt of lightning or a spontaneous inferno to spur the Humus population into action.

Souls accumulate sins across their many lifetimes. Keep an eye on these levels and build specialized purification centres to stop corruption from spiralling out of control. Otherwise, you may have a monstrous demon on your hands or even worse, a devastating hit to your efficiency… truly diabolical.

Office politics has never been so dangerous! Enact biblical-level corporate intrigues in the story-based campaign mode. Test your organizational mettle in Challenge Mode. Perfect the art of Hell building or slack-off for the day in the fully customizable Sandbox Mode.

It's a pretty game with an interesting premise, but it feels very shallow. Carrying the tech forward is interesting, but causes downstream problems when the objectives change in the next mission. Micromanaging the birth and death rates seems like it detracts more than adds to the engine-building gameplay. Nothing is a deal-beaker, but at some point about 3/4 the way through the campaign I just didn't even feel the need to start up the game anymore; there wasn't anything more I wanted to know about the story or the game.
Love this game, bit finicky with understanding the line the souls follow, I had to use those traffic jam things to make it so they knew if this line had someone in it for a building, to continue on in the walkway and I made it a loop so until they met requirements they can't leave. Very fun to play

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the most interesting management-games around. You can be evil if you want to, automate hell and destroy saint-souls with piles of paperwork. The campaign has no hard learning curve, but it can get difficult. There is a sandbox mode with cool settings, a few neat challenges in the challenge mode and the possibility to replay the campaign with two harder difficulties. If you enjoyed Black & White and like factory & building games, you can have loads of fun with this one.
zzzzzzzzz......Falls asleep at the tedium of configuring the angles of roads in this game.
Kinda shallow as far as the trees of processing go. Definitely a fun game with an amusing premise and atmosphere. I do like the 80s schtick. Thanks for making the game.
Sintopia slowly won me over. I was a huge Lionhead fan back in the day, they're one of the developers that got me interested in GameDev, as was Team17. Sintopia isn't Black & White, but it also isn't really trying to be. The God Game aspect of Sintopia is nice, nuanced, something you need to work up to by building a strong underworld economy. I see some reviews calling out that the game does neither mechanic (overland or underworld) well, and I don't think they understood the synergy between the two realms. The game is a delicate balance of intake, process, output for souls. Process begins as purging their sins, then becomes a tool to manipulate the overworld. Ideally, you are taking in whatever and outputting cloned modified galvanized cultists en masse, gaining faithcoins and money along the way. The Overworld is fun and quirky. It has its B&W-like moments, but it is unique enough on its own that you never feel like you're playing a clone. There aren't the hidden interactables in the world, nor are the protags 3D models in their portraits, so in some ways B&W felt more technologically advanced, but Sintopia is polished well, and I never encountered any bugs or slowness in any of my games. At 44 hours I've finished the campaign, taking my time, for the most part. You could probably crunch through it in 20 hours or fewer if you were trying to go fast, but the nature of the loop is a slow and steady uphill optimization that, aside from your purchased upgrades, resets each stage. Each of the stages felt unique enough, the characters were fun and memorable, though rather sparse in appearances, and the ending had no right being so epic. All in all, a fantastic title to sink some time into if you're into cheeky little God Games or Automation Games.
Delightfully charming with a healthy dose of humor. The quality voice acting and interesting cast really bring this simple game to life.
Most boring hour of my life.
Couldn't endure the tutorial, it was just that terrible.
