Following a great increase in terrorism, internal strife and ultimately, the nuclear destruction of Washington, D.C., the United States shatters into a half-dozen nation-states that descend into war. Take the helm of one of these newfound sovereignties (or the 'peacekeeping' European Expeditionary Force) and struggle to reunify America...

It's easily worth a couple dollars.
very old game. need a patch file, that's easy to find Great Dad game. u can get up and leave it without any issue to do Dad stuff
It's a classic turn-based wargame with hex movement, victory cities and zones of control. The near-future tech and familiar map (fighting over the USA) are what make this wargame unusual and interesting.
11/10 commiting warcr*mes XD
Old now, but still a lot of fun. Wish there could've been a sequel or something
There's guides on how to get this to run on modern systems. I like it, it's an interesting turn based strategy game, with a setting that frankly nobody has the balls to do in this day and age. For the price of a monster energy drink you can't go wrong, and at least amuse yourself for a few hours.
Works on Steam Deck
I had alot of fun with this game even after so many years. I played it on the original Xbox years ago and its a challenging game. Its a fun turn based game i wish would have had a follow up or some what more modding to increase the difficultcy. it would be nice if AI factions could replenish their forces a bit quicker. I wish that the developers did a bit more caring in providing a bit more support for whoever is willing to buy and play it. now the community had solve the issue of the game not starting after install on newer then windows XP machines on their own. you require a d3d8.dll file + a 2gb ram limit config file fix. for it to work on windows 10 and 11 I have posted a tutorial in the discussion how to get this to work on linux. The launch issue is a bit the same problem with the d3d8.dll and config file required to fix the 2gb ram limit.
Game doesn't work on my cpu. Steam offers no support but will sell you a broken game.
Doesnt work
