Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Selaco is a brand new original shooter inspired by classics, featuring thrilling action set pieces, destructibility, smart enemies and a fleshed out story taking place within an immersive game world. It draws inspiration heavily from F.E.A.R. in terms of action set pieces, while mixing exploration elements from Half-Life, along with some more modern features.

The story takes place during a violent invasion on Selaco, a massive space station sheltering the last refugees after Earth’s fall just a few years prior. You play as Dawn Collins, an ACE Security Captain who, with her recent promotion and high level security clearances, is digging deep into the truth behind Selaco's murky history. Before she can finish her investigation, Selaco is rocked by explosions and armed invaders.

A lengthy adventure-driven campaign
Selaco offers a massive, uninterrupted journey packed with action and atmosphere. Explore a wide range of environments in a fully connected world - no cutaways, no time jumps, just seamless momentum from start to finish.
Intense Action set pieces
Blast through your environment with impactful weapons that really leave a mark on the world. That once lavish office space, now nothing but a pile of rubble with broken paintings, smashed tables, screen, chairs, smoke, and chunks of debris.
Custom AI
Selaco’s AI was built from the ground up for dynamic, coordinated combat. Enemies communicate, flank, suppress, and adapt to your tactics - keeping pressure when you're aggressive or rushing when you're vulnerable. Hundreds of voiced lines hint at their next move, making every fight feel alive.
Full soundtrack
Selaco features an original, full-length soundtrack composed by Lawrence Steele, with over 3 hours of neon-tinged electronica spanning from high-intensity combat tracks to immersive, atmospheric soundscapes.
Adapt & Overcome
As enemies evolve and gain access to new tools, so do you. Improve your weaponry with new utility upgrades, or transform weapon behavior entirely with Weapon Kits.
Replayability
Selaco is designed with replayability in mind. Jump into Randomizer Mode to experience remixed mechanics, exclusive enemies, and fully customizable chaos. Or test your skills in Incursion Mode (coming later during Early Access), an endless survival challenge set in Deathmatch-style arenas.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Don't review games angry. Changing my initial review to a thumbs up. There is a lot to like about Selaco. The visuals and the level design are great. Lots of little nods to other games that are inspirations and favourites of the developers. But there are some issues that make it frustrating. Enemy spawns don't always seem logical or well telegraphed, the visuals do get in the way of seeing clearly and enemies aren't always easy to see. The open levels can be hard to navigate, there is too much backtracking.
Selacooning it
Insanely good boomer shooter, it clearly took inspiration from F.E.A.R., you can hear the enemies communicating with each other to try to flank you or rush you, every fight feels dynamic and it's gonna get even better with the release of Chapter 2 from what I saw. There's a lot of possible interactions with the environments, switching on or off the lights, closing or opening shutters in some rooms to block access which allows you to more or less control the flow of the fight, explosive barrels of course, fire extinguishers that you can shoot and have the same effect as a smoke grenade after they detonate, some props that you can push or turn around to take cover, and dozens of other small objects. The story's kinda paper thin for now but there's many datapads to find that adds a bit of lore and it relies more on environmental storytelling, the atmosphere's really great. Many different weapons from an assault rifle, a SMG, a shotgun, a sniper rifle, a plasma rifle, a grenade launcher, etc... that you can customize, the gameplay's really satisfying af. I'm on my 2nd playthrough for which I chose the randomizer which is so cool to add replayability, dozens of parameters to customize it exactly the way you want, 1 that I really like is that it makes the weapons' location totally random and adds a rarity system with different stats and different bonuses a bit like a looter shooter. There's 2 more chapters to come and they're gonna add some kind of horde mode I think which is so damn great then again regarding replayability, genuinely can't recommend this game enough if you're into boomer shooters.
MOARE!!!!!!!!!
ABLSOLUTE PEAK
I played through the first level only but.. from that amount of time, you can sense the passion behind this game. It oozes style, handles well, level design and interactivity is top notch. Solid FPS that can stand next to AAA titles and still shine.
Noodle reminded me that this game is fun (I mostly bought this game as an investment for when it’s finished lol)
