The military has hired world-renowned scientist Chanel Flores to investigate a mysterious island that has appeared out of nowhere in the Bermuda Triangle. On her flight to the island, the plane is enveloped in a strange electrical fog, forcing the scientist to parachute out. After she lands safely on the island, you have to help her explore it and then get to her ship. (Developer) An old game re-released? At least it seems that way. A point & click game with very elaborate old, hand-drawn graphics. Many playable images with hidden object areas. These are pretty heavy. As well as mini-games, not that difficult, can be skipped. For the lovers among you. There isn't a single mini-game here that I already knew. And I really know a lot of them. The story is well told and the background music is excellent. Unfortunately, the graphics quality is rather poor. I really liked the game, especially because the focus is on finding the way. There is an overview map with markers and displays about the progress of your search on each image. Well done, therefore a clear recommendation. Das Militär hat die weltberühmte Wissenschaftlerin Chanel Flores angeheuert, um eine mysteriöse Insel zu erforschen, die wie aus dem Nichts im Bermudadreieck aufgetaucht ist. Auf ihrem Flug zur Insel wird das Flugzeug von einem seltsamen elektrischen Nebel eingehüllt, wodurch sich die Wissenschaftlerin gezwungen sieht, mit dem Fallschirm abzuspringen. Nachdem sie sicher auf der Insel gelandet ist, musst du ihr dabei helfen, diese zu erkunden und anschließend auf ihr Schiff zu gelangen. (Entwickler) Ein altes Spiel neu Veröffentlicht? Es scheind zumindest so. Ein Point -&- Klick Spiel mit sehr aufwändiger alter, handgezeichneter Grafik. Viele spielbare Bilder mit Wimmelbildbereichen. Diese sind schon ziemlich schwer. Sowie Minispielen, nicht so schwer, können übersprungen werden. Für die Liebhaber unter euch. Hier ist nicht ein einziges Minispiel dabei das ich schon kannte. Und ich kenne echt viele. Die Geschichte ist gut erzählt und die Hintergrundvertonung ist ausgezeichnet. Leider ist die Grafikquallität eher dürftig. Mir hat das Game sehr gut gefallen insbesondere weil der Schwerpunkt auf der Wegsuche liegt. Es gibt eine Übersichtskarte mit Markierung und Anzeigen über den Fortschritt deiner Suche zudem auf jedem Bild. Prima gemacht, von daher eine deutliche Empfehlung. This is a simple HOG, with a backstory. It is not worth the full price--I got it for 1/2 off and think it could be lower priced. That said, the music is pleasant and the art is easy on the eyes. The game will hold your hand if you choose relaxed mode (which I did) so you really don't have to "think" when you play. The puzzles are okay--I played some, I skipped some...I guess it's your personal preference. I finished the game in 2.5 hours and it was enjoyable in its simplicity. If you like finding hidden objects you'll like this game.

Short, nice and straightforward HOG! So, the story is a collage of clichés/tropes... xD Which to be fair, I'm starting to think is a core component why these games are so addictive to me... they are tropes and clichés that at this point are so old that they are kinda nostalgic or refreshing to me. It's Indiana Jones stuff plus some esoteric stuff, Mayan or Astec stuff, stone mechanisms ancient technology stuff, that sorta thing. Adventurer/aviator from the... 60s or something like that is sent to investigate a mysterious island that popped up in the middle of the Bermudas. She crashes and then has an adventure to save a couple of lovers from half a century ago that got trapped because of a whole story of forbidden love, magic crystals, with some ancient civilization tech thrown in the mix. Despite being a fairly new game, it reminds the older Artifex Mundi stuff.... the game still has plenty of in game animation parts for the story, and it's still a mix of puzzles, finding objects and HOG parts, but they are more like the basic mechanics of older HOG games. The story and game flows great, no parts where you get lost or stuck, I ended playing in one sitting. Anyways, recommended!

So kann man jetzt nebenbei für kleines Geld ein altes Spiel bekommen und sich die Wartezeit bis zum nächsten großen teuren Spiel vertreiben. [h1]Secret Mission: The Forgotten Island[/h1] Nach einer Notlandung auf einer einsamen Insel heißt es Ressourcen sammeln um zu Überleben oder Geheimnisse zu entdecken? Auf jeden Fall wollen wir von der Insel wieder runter, also heißt es in Such Bildern die Listen abzuarbeiten und Rätzel zu lösen. Es gibt für die Such Bilder auch Hilfe aber Achtung diese ist Limitiert. Es können 2 Energie Kristalle pro Such Bild gefunden werden also geht sparsam damit um. Das macht die Suche relativ einfach in den Bildern. Die Rätzel sind heute eher durchschnitt und gut zu lösen, wen klar ist wie es gehen soll. [h1]Fazit[/h1] Eine schöne kleine Knobelei um die Gehirnzellen mal wieder etwas auf trab zu bringen. The graphics look very dated today, but it is still a fun hidden object game with balanced difficulty, original minigames and well-done hidden object scenes. A big improvement over Department 42, their older HO game.

Frogware has made some pretty good games. This wasn't one of them.

Nettes Hidden-Object-Spiel mit klaren Schwächen. Die Story ist, wie bei den meisten Genrevertretern, ziemlich belanglos, dafür sind die Rätsel fair und meist gut lösbar (mit Außnahme des letzten Rätsels). Man fast immer sofort, wie es weitergeht und muss nicht endlos durch die Szenen suchen. Selbst im schweren Modus brauchten wir nur ein- bis zweimal einen Tipp. Unterm Strich kein Highlight, aber gerade im Sale ein solides Spiel, das für rund zwei Stunden ordentlich unterhält.

not a bad hog, just a bit dated. Has all the good parts - quick map travel and map markers for finished locations and tasks to be done so no chance of getting lost. Unfortunately the only downside is the graphics are extremely dated at this age with some objects difficult to discern. Make sure you pick it up on discount.

Secret Mission: The Forgotten est un hidden sorti en 2013... Autant dire que l'on est loin de ce qui se fait actuellement dans ce style de jeu. Une scientifique est envoyé sur une île apparue mystérieusement et va tenter de libérer un couple d'amoureux emprisonné par une malédiction depuis des décennies. Le jeu est plutôt sympa même si je dois avouer que le manque de doublage vocal me désespère toujours autant, il sauf dire que les sons d'ambiances sont minimaux et que sans la musique omniprésente pour "combler" le vide j'aurais lâché l'affaire au bout de quelques minutes. Le jeu est composé de scènes d'objets cachés sous formes de listes à retrouver dans le décor. Celles ci ne sont pas surchargé et plutôt cohérente dans la représentation des dits objets (On n'a pas un escargot plus gros qu'une souris par exemple). L'âge du jeu n'aide toutefois pas toujours à bien identifier les éléments des photo-montages mais j'ai fait des hidden qui étaient des bouillies de pixels... Ce qui n'est pas le cas ici, Il y a aussi quelques puzzles qui ne posent guère de problèmes sauf le dernier du jeu à base de "trucs" qui montent et descendent et qui influent sur ceux qui ont le même symbole ou couleur que j'ai lâchement abandonné faute de trouver la logique du "machin" On a une carte pour une navigation rapide de zone en zone et une coche verte dès lors que l'on a fini une. Comme on pourrais s'en douter pour un jeu de cet âge, il n'y a pas de mission bonus, ni de collectible, ni même une soluce intégrée pour ceux qui aurait besoin d'une aide... Secret Mission: The Forgotten Island est un hidden qui remplit son rôle, il n'est guère intéressant du point de vue des années 2020 mais si on fait l'impasse sur son ancienneté, il nous permet de passer un peu moins de 2 heures sur un jeu agréable et sans prétention.

Bem mais curto q o anterior deste estilo da frogwares (Departament 42), recomendo para quem gosta do estilo de jogo de objeto escondido,ja q é bem barato na promoção, ams n recomendo a preço cheio
