The deeper you go, the less this feels like a simple fishing job.
Your customers are not human. Some are cute. Some are mythical. Some are exactly the kind of creatures you wouldn’t expect to order dinner from a tiny robot on a boat.
Serve wild animals like otters, axolotls, and herons, alongside beings inspired by myth and folklore, including legends such as Nessie and Kelpie. Each customer has their own personality, appetite, and favorite fish.
Learn who likes what, deliver the right catch, and you might earn a very generous tip. Serve badly, and… well, they’ll have opinions.

Price for the game? Excellent. Content for that price? Also great. Do I want DLC *immediately*? Also yes. Game doesn't last long, but it is a lot of fun. I will still need to finish a few achievements, but it is definitely worth picking up.

The game had cute graphics and an entertaining game loop which involves two minigames. a combination of puzzles, profit maxing, numbers-go-up-fun and interesting story leaves the beginning middle and end of each level as addicting as the last, leaving one drooling for more than the only 4 levels that currently exist. the game ended with the implication that more levels would be released. If so than I eagerly await it, as I've even 100% what currently existed in not but two days! The first mini-game is technically a fishing minigame, but only in context. in truth its something akin to a maze explorer roguelite, where in you run down fish with what little time you're given to explore, then take what you earned to level up your abilities as explore further. these mazes include simple puzzles which invite you to explore, and give satisfying shortcuts or character/boat customizations, and at each of their ends a gimmicky boss fight which tests you only in so far as you can last in the maze, quickly becoming not more than particularly meaty fish. The second minigame is the game's namesake, wherein you prep the fish you catch to be sold. A simplistic minigame, more a pause between fishing attempts, its nonetheless made sufficiently attention keeping through it's addition of several obstacles which require a unique touch and attention to detail to get the perfect score, the perfect score being a multiplier to your income after selling the fish. The final half a minigame if you want to call it that, is learning the customer's interests and learning where to find that specific fish, and how to do it more efficiently. Going to fish with a specific goal in mind certainly keeps each round more entertaining at least.

Game is fire to play while watching a youtube video or listening to something, its also just a really chill game and 100 percent worth your money.
Its a good simple game, yet with a lot of things to do. 8.5/10
