Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.67/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Game was fun for a simple incremental, I play a lot of these games and generally enjoy them. I like the Digseum formula. However, once the credits rolled and I saw a thank you to chatgpt, I did get frustrated since that was undisclosed and I am against gen AI. I do understand that game creation and coding can be difficult, I just wish it had been disclosed on the store page.
100%ed the game and achievements it just about 4 hours, the developer is right on the money with the playtime. So why did I leave a negative review? It was boring as hell. I don't think I really enjoyed a single thing about this game if I'm being honest, and I've 100%ed quite a few fishing games and/or minigames in many other games. Right from the start, the game is LOUD and you CAN'T turn down the volume until multiple minutes into the tutorial while its blaring as you can't access the Options Menu while you're On-Rails. Once you CAN open the Options menu, there aren't even any sliders to turn the volume/music down! Just Toggle On/Off. So you'll need to adjust the volume in the Windows Sound Mixer if you want an amount of volume that isn't deafening. The prestige-ing is boring, the Shiny Hunt was boring and especially tedious at the end too 100% the achievements as you have to just leave you line on the side and hope that too many fat fish don't magnetically catch themselves before you see one of the 6 Shinies you're there hunting. Though you're able to Shiny Hunt quite fast once you have all the upgrades, it still wasn't fun. Some graphics used appear blurry, like the fish and boat/line, but other environmental pieces were outlined in black and were very sharp and much nicer to look at; which is a weird design choice. The text speed also can't be sped up, so you have to wait for that quite a lot every time you move to a new level, or back to the Fisharium multiple times. The fishing minigame itself is nothing special or new, same thing we've seen a hundred times. It just wasn't really any fun the entire game. Hope you guys get more enjoyment out of it than I did, I don't recommend the game and I picked it up on sale for $2.25AUD, which is actually a very good price for the 4 hours I wasted on this game, but I still don't recommend it even for that price cause I just sat through the game rather than enjoying it. Just so you guys are aware as the developer hasn't disclosed it on the Steam Store Page, the developer credits ChatGPT with translation and some code in the credits. I myself don't really care about AI usage, but I know some people like to be aware if a game's creation had any AI in it, as there are those vehemently against AI usage in Game Development (and most other walks of life); so do what you will with that information as it's not disclosed at the bottom of the Steam Store Page where it's supposed to be.

ew gpt in the credits but doesn't say ai used on the store page
Ai is used in this game and is not disclosed which is pretty gross. In terms of gameplay its not great as when you get further into the game the deeper you go the more lag and glitches appear. I might have reccomended it despite that, but as there are much better games made by devs who aren't lazy enough to use Chat GPT and actually care about the negative impacts generative ai has on the planet this is a big thumbs down. Do better
I have a lot of issues with this. First off, buy Cauldron instead. Cauldron has this exact game as a minigame, except way better implemented. Cauldron also never used Gen AI, this game unfortunately did and didn't disclose that information or I wouldn't have bought it. Cauldron also has a ton of other minigames, making it way more worth playing. Sure, Cauldron is ten quid more expensive than this game. But it has this game in it and tonnes of other games. Now, more about this game. This game has EXTREMELY slow dialogue. You cannot skip it, it often repeats itself and it's boring, it's just extremely uninteresting to read. This game also has an issue, you cannot alt tab. This game has heavy idle mechanics and you cannot go idle. You have to stay on tab or the game will pause. There's no way to change this, I tried. No way to speed the dialogue up either. So what now? Well, if you still like this developer, they do have a better game with Kale. But this game? Sucks. If you're after the achievements like I am for another 100% game completion, then you can do that. But if you only have one monitor or cannot watch tv at the same time. Don't. You will die from boredom (Probably figuratively) because this game is just awful. Finally. I know it's cheap... but it costs your time and you cannot get a refund on time, are approximately 4 hours of your life really worth a statistic that doesn't do anything? My life is worthless, so I'll still get the achievements done(Mostly because I can't refund it). But your life is worth more than mine. I recommend avoiding this trash. Thanks for reading, or skipping to the end. Have a lovely day. Edit: I now have all the achievements. That last one took multiple hours extra at the end of the game. That was a really bad time. Holy hell.
I really wanted to recommend this game. The only reason i am not recommending this game is because the usage of AI isn't mentioned on the store page.
Very disappointed that there was an undisclosed usage of ChatGPT and honestly would've refunded the game if I didn't spend over 2 hours playing it. The graphics tend to be fuzzy in very noticeable spots like the fish, symbols shown in loading screens. Gameplay is ok but its damn near impossible to dodge catching larger fish which gets frustrating as a shiny hunter.
Entertaining enough game. Extremely disappointed in the undisclosed AI usage. It was a huge letdown to see "ChatGPT" thanked in the credits. Also, unable to skip cutscenes or fast forward dialogue, including the credits. Do better. Also, on a personal note, multiple blatant Christian comments in the game and credits.
game is an alright incremental game but I'm disapointed that this game isnt labeled as partially AI generated as chat GPT is credited for some of the code in the credits
Quite enjoyable, however cannot recommend as it's a complete ripoff of Digseum, yet much worse executed. The endgame is grindy as hell. Soba's Gunpaw of the same developer is a lot better.
