2/10 Awful title Quit the game at lvl 10 The ridiculous encounter rate paired with the lame combat is the biggest issue. No map and empty areas make the high encounter rate worse as you twist and backtrack. Accessories have no description. Just a bad offering all around. If this game was 3 or less bucks I might have kept it just to see where it goes. Update over 2 years later. 3/10 Not Awful, just Bad Game was a dollar so I kept to my word and played it to see where it goes. This is an RPG maker game by 1 guy so the short length can be forgiven. Game can casually be beaten in about 4 hours. For the above mentioned reason the story is there but not really deep. Save the island and your loved one kidnapped by the evil guy. Encounter rate is still insanely high. Getting attacked every 6-8 steps gets old really fast combined with the lame combat. The characters are fine for what they are. Typical RPG classes one picks up on a quest to save the world. The biggest problem with the characters is the mage. She is USELESS the entire game. The MAGE doesn't learn a spell until lvl 5 and it is a cure spell that heals for less than the hundreds small potions you've collected from mobs you kill every 6 steps. The MAGE doesn't learn the fire attack spell until lvl 10( keep in mind the game ends around lvl 20). Whats worse is the boss you fight around 10th level is IMMUNE to that fire spell. Accessories still have no descriptions. You have to save scum and buy each one to figure out what they do. 2 of them have no stat boost so I have no clue what they do.
