Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 8.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love this game, gonna be honest. It looks beautiful, the customization is the best I've seen in a game, the gameplay is fun, and it can be fairly difficult if you're reckless. The problem stems from the fact most things in multiplayer are bugged beyond belief. There's bugs of my co-op partner not being able to enter my vehicle, animation bugs galore, crashes being fairly common, and not too much co-op interactivity despite all this. It's not limited to multiplayer either, as I'm sure some bugs like getting stuck in the Saints Venture Board and for some reason numerous lighting glitches on DX12 aren't caused by MP at all. (See my Discussion for images on that) This game was overhated, I have to admit, but these bugs being present forever now that Volition is gone is going to make this game look a lot worse than it should.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I diden't intend to buy this. I'd been replaying Saints Row 3, noticed there was a remaster, then when picking up the remaster was offered the Saint's Row empire bundle for cheap and picked that up. Noticing it in my game list I thought I'd give it a try, and was suprised at how much I enjoyed it. The map is great, the characters are fine and the absurd DLC really works fine. While I'd hestate to say it's a good buy at $60, it often sells for less then $10. RIP, Volition. You were a good developer.
Gat out of hell Volution решили сперва выпустить Agents of Meyhem а затем и перезапустить свою основную серию игр.
it was fun when buying bc i was exited to play this game now thinking about it after a while after the game is done it's the biggest piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i have ever played the driving CAN be fun but don't buy it if you like good content if you love really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ content buy at your hearts desire.
This is where I would put my neutral review... IF STEAM HAD ONE, so this review is positive under the premise that you purchased it for less than or equal to $10 USD and not the full price. This game is actually fun, BUT I purchased it for $4.99 on sale. I would maybe pay a max of $14.99 for it. The gameplay loop is fun, Visually the game looks good, The performance is acceptable for the most part, the writing is no where near as out of touch so far as people claim it to be, and the saints row humor and ridiculousness is all present. Its actually a pretty enjoyable game. What makes this game not worth full price in my opinion is, you're constantly being taken out of immersion. NPC's fall in from the sky, they pop in on the sidewalks. Cars do the same, they just fade out and in while you're driving around. often times just literally changing to a different model of car and then continuing down the road. I am running the game natively with no DLSS/FSR/framegen and the textures and visuals look like they are being dynamically processed so sometimes they just turn JPEG as hell and go between high res and low res. These things combined just kinda take you out of it. If you can get this game for 5 bucks its definitely worth picking it up. But if the above bums you out then I would avoid it at any higher price than that.
As a person who 100% comepleted this game, I can confidently say that this isn't really Saints Row? Pros: -The best performence out of the entire series -The co-op finally works as intented for once (well better than the old games) -The graphics and performance are a step-up from the previous games -The side content was less repetitive compared to the previous games -The driving and the cars are an improvement from the previous games -Good ending to the story Cons: -The story feels like it's written by a 12yo.. worse than the 15yo that made the old games -The side characters feels souless and like jokes -All of the antagonists are dull and forgetabble -A lot of bugs that plague the game, there were times where you couldn't enter/exit a vehicle without restarting the game bassicly voiding the mission -Obnoxious challanges and achievements -Crashes are back, thankfully less often -Npcs refusing to npc and not progression quests because of it (had to restart a missions 20 times to be able to finish it once) -Neenah -Challange synching bugs in co-op ~A Song of Ice & Dust* Pros: ..... Cons: -Boring characters and story -Awful weapons -Even worst antagonist -Eli ~The Heist & The Hazardous* Pros & Cons -Honestly it was too short to really give an honest opinion, I guess it is a bit interesting not too bad or too good, just meh. ~Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus* Pros: -Fun-ish wave defense to kill time -Breaks the cycle of the regular story and gameplay Cons: -Takes too long to finish and becomes repetitive and annoying real quick -Enemies sometimes are too unfair -Bosses are either too strong for some characters or too weak for others -Progression is slow paced Overal I think this game is top 3/4 for me in the Saints Row series, I 100% had more fun here compared to the crash fest of SR 4 and dare I say Gat out of hell,Only Saints row 3 Remastered I personally think is just better overall. Game rating: 6/10
Total trash 🚮, refunded
i tried to give it a fair chance but i have to face the truth this Saints Row is Trash, Do not buy this game, even if it is free. It is a waste of time. Just trying to play Saints Row with a controller is a problem. The game has huge controller issues, starting with controller inputs not being recognized properly until you disable Steam's controller settings. Then there is the bizarre control scheme. The player's movement and camera controls are inverted by default, and these settings are somehow linked to the radial menu and other menus. Pressing up makes you go down, and pressing forward makes your character move backwards. So if you fix the controls by changing the settings, enjoy having the menus work backwards. The camera is also terrible. Simply looking up and down with a controller can cause random deviations in your aim. I've never experienced anything like this in another game. And those are just the controls. The story has terrible writing, the gameplay is bad and inaccurate, and half the battle is fighting the awful controls. The combat system feels like a massive downgrade from previous Saints Row games. The open world has horrible pop-in, and interacting with the world often feels clunky and unpolished. The driving is average at best, the characters are annoying, and overall the game is just incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the time. Don't buy it.
