Saints Row IV: Re-Elected

Es ist schon ewig her, dass ich es das letzte mal gezockt habe, aber gerade beim neu Instalieren gesehen, dass hier noch keine Bewertung ist. Saints Row 4 nimmt sich in keiner Weise ernst, ist voller genialer Anspielungen und es macht Spaß wieviel Blödsinn man hier treiben kann. Es spielt sich ein wenig wie die alten Just Cause Teile, einfach alles sinnfrei in die Luft jagen und abballern, gemischt mit der Crazynes von Borderlands. Es gibt zwar immer wieder Zwischenbosse, aber durch einfache Gegner pflückt man schnell wie ein (Anti-)Held aus The Boys.

I originally played this game years ago on PlayStation when it first dropped, and coming back to it now reminds me exactly why I loved it. The script, the setting, and the overall theme are absolutely hilarious. It constantly catches me off guard and makes me laugh out loud. The main selling point for me is how it makes you feel like an actual superhero; the powers, the abilities, and the gameplay mechanics are just incredibly satisfying to mess around with. This isn't a game you play for a deep, complex narrative. It’s a lightweight, casual experience meant for doing dumb stuff, causing absolute chaos, and just turning your brain off. It is an excellent game to pass the time, and it becomes ten times better when you play it with friends and share the laughs.

This right here is some OG brain rot, and I love it. Very fun to play in Co-op too, just expect some disconnects from time to time, especially during missions and activities. The game is very colorful and stylized, and it has pretty impressive particles and post process effects. (BANGER SOUNDTRACK)
