Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Rome has crossed Hadrian’s Wall in full force. Your only hope is to reach Dunadd, a seat of power, and unite the tribes. But first you need to warn Wid, your loyal brother and the only family you have left, beyond the memories of a father you would rather forget and those of a mother you struggle to hold on to.
Will you save those close to you, or risk everything to make an Empire bleed?
Customizing your character’s appearance and traits is just the beginning. Choose your thoughts, words and actions to further shape your body and mind throughout the story.
Emotions affect the success of all dice rolls, in and out of combat. Use your character’s willpower to perform at your peak in battle and guarantee success in negotiations.
Reveal ideas holding you back and forge your mind into a weapon strong enough to brave beasts, men, and your own heart.
Interact with lifelike characters and discover what drives them. Decide what you make of them and mold relationships into deadly rivalries or walk-through-fire friendships.
Analyze your opponents and navigate deadly battles. Spare, save, kill, or abandon characters. Play it safe, or pull off feats worthy of legends to compete for status and influence.
Will you merely survive, or will you find something worth fighting for? Can your choices change your fate and craft a legacy that will echo through the ages?

The best way I can describe this game is like when I first started watching Game of Thrones lol. You get hooked, and then you’re constantly checking for the next chapter. Yeah, it takes time for new content to come out, but honestly… it’s always worth the wait. They never miss. This is one of those rare games where you feel your choices actually matter. Not in a “slight dialogue change” way, but in a way that genuinely shapes your character and the story. You can really tell the developer cares about quality over rushing things. Everything feels intentional, and that makes the experience hit so much harder. If you’re patient, this game will absolutely reward you!

Death is permanent and more common than I expected. The percentages aren't really accurate. I have failed 12 times in a row on a 43% chance of success check. It was required to make that roll in order to prevent game over, or I would have never bothered. That was followed by a 5% for good result, or 70% roll for bad result check. I would cheat this normally. In general, the story is interesting, but the mechanics need some tweaking. I have been playing on normal difficulty. More recommended than not recommended.
interesting character design, you can really lean into roleplay different playstyles. Good story, good writing. Voice actors did their job, geralt's VA brought nostalgia and extra level of seriousness to situation at times as i couldnt help but feel like i am walking in the shadow of the witcher :P I cant wait to see how it ends as its currently in early access but so far game is nearly perfectly delivering what it promises.
Quite unique little game. I hope the third act is coming soon.
Innovative storytelling and character development — one of the best RPGs I've experienced.
A nice game. It feels like something that may affect all texbased rpgs to come. I cant believe this is made by a solodeveloper
Easy recommendation from a player who enjoyes rpgs , visual novels and choose your own adventure games Very pretty visuals, audio and music. The RPG mechanics are simple yet intuitive and while mostly percentage based have a nice sense of progression and characer evolution. Although there is a rough chain of events that you follow, there are quite a few ways to approach stuff and I have certainly had some fun with different playthroughs. Really enjoyable time with it.
This interactive "visual novel" has taken too long for someone who bought this years ago. I've never bought the first few pages of a book and then waited years for a dozen pages here and there. The game also has low-fi visuals that look generated. However, in an ocean of mindless drivel, this medieval fantasy has a more thought-provoking concept than other digital media. The redundant visuals may turn some away and the fact that a cheaper novel is more entertaining nags the mind while playing. Try it out if you need a book that paints the pictures for you. Personally I like this genre because I can relive my youth of reading Goosebumps interactive fiction.
better than expected for sure
