รีวิว Sacra Terra: Angelic Night เกมผจญภัยแนวหาของเพื่อเปิดทางไปต่อ สลับกับมินิเกมหาสิ่งของตามศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษที่กำหนด (ซึ่งมีบ่อยมากกกก) เราจะได้เล่นเป็นคนไข้ในโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในเมือง Sacra Terra ที่ตอนนี้เต็มไปด้วยคำสาปและถูกปกครองโดยปีศาจแห่งบาปทั้งเจ็ด โดยเราจะต้องช่วยเหลือวิญญาณลูกสาวของเจ้าของเมืองที่ถูกฆ่ายกครอบครัว ในการหาวิธีกำจัดปีศาจแห่งบาปทั้งเจ็ด พร้อมกับสืบเสาะให้ได้ว่าใครคือตัวต้นเหตุที่ปล่อยปีศาจเหล่านี้ออกมาเพื่อฆ่าครอบครัวของเด็กสาวคนนี้ โดยเด็กสาวจะคอยช่วยเหลือเราตลอดทั้งเกม หน้าที่ของเราก็คือจะต้องกักขังปีศาจแห่งบาปทั้งเจ็ดทุกตัว พร้อมกับหาเหรียญรูนให้ครบ 14 เหรียญเพื่อส่งปีศาจกลับไปสู่ประตูนรกตามเดิม ตัวเกมก็ไม่มีอะไรมาก ถ้าเล่นเกมแนวนี้บ่อยๆก็จะรู้ว่าต้องทำอะไร ถ้าไม่รู้ว่าต้องไปทางไหนต่อ ก็แค่ดูในแผนที่แล้วดูว่ามีจุดไหนที่เราต้องเข้าไปเคลียร์ หรือมากกว่านั้น ในเกมยังมีบทสรุปมาให้ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบตามสไตล์เกมแนวนี้ที่เป็น Collector's Edition ซึ่งนอกเหนือจากบทสรุป หากเล่นตัวเกมหลักจนจบเกม ก็จะปลดล็อกตัวเกมย่อยที่เล่าเนื้อเรื่องเสริมเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ก่อนเนื้อเรื่องหลัก 2 วัน ซึ่งจำไม่ได้ว่ามันเกี่ยวกับอะไร นอกนั้นก็เป็นพวกเพลงประกอบ ภาพวาดออกแบบ และก็วอลเปเปอร์ที่สามารถโหลดไปใช้กับคอมเราจริงๆได้ ส่วนคัทซีนแอนิเมชั่นจากเกมทั้งหมด จะสามารถปลดล็อกดูย้อนหลังได้ก็ต่อเมื่อค้นหาสิ่งของจากโลกวิญญาณให้ครบทั้ง 42 ชิ้น ซึ่งจะซ่อนตามฉากในเกมอย่างละหนึ่งชิ้น (ยกเว้นจุดแรกของเกมที่เป็นห้องพยาบาลของเรา)

I really wanted to enjoy this one, but it just didn’t work for me. The game feels clunky and dated, and while the story starts with some promise, it never managed to keep me engaged long enough to overcome its shortcomings. There are far too many hidden-object scenes, to the point of becoming tedious — and I’m someone who does not enjoy HO segments beyond a certain dose. The puzzles outside of that are extremely easy, predictable, and lacking imagination, offering little sense of challenge or reward. The map shows where actions are available, but unfortunately doesn't teleport, which means constant backtracking with very little payoff. In the end, the combination of repetitive HO scenes, overly simple puzzles, and a story that never really captured me led me to quit halfway through. If you buy it, do so knowing its age, limitations, and dated design. It may appeal to fans of old-school HO-heavy games, but it wasn’t for me. A skip for most — unless you're specifically craving vintage-style HOPA.

The only thing I dislike is having to only being able to do one thing at a time and to keep going back and forth the same way repeatedly to do it. I prefer to do 2 or 3 things at once and then go do back and do them at the same time. It wastes time and that is something I don't like to do.
