as short as this game is, it manages to do just as much world building as you can hope for. slight knowledge of basic computer command prompts might be needed to fully experience this game but if you are able to get past that this is a astonishingly amazing short story with just an absolute gut wrenching ending.
Extremely uncomfortable game to play. Worth it!
incredible. one of the best psychological horror games i've ever played. the start is a bit confusing but the atmosphere quickly manages to pull you in. the ending was so disturbing, it truly made me feel like i was axel living through the events of the game, which very few games have ever managed to do for me. mike you have done it again
A very enjoyable short experience. The hacking part was fun and the ending feels more like a short film. Leaves a lot unsaid and up to the imagination. Very creepy vibes, will be thinking about this for a while.
s.p.l.i.t. is an incredible narrative experience with some minor old school coding simulations thrown in along the way. Without spoiling the incredible final act, it is worth its price over and then some. Please play this, it's amazing.
Good but game randomly crashed at some point Also wish more CLI commands were supported and I cant even do `cd ../..` Would love a larger game with this concept!
I thoroughly enjoyed it. Short, intense, dark. The world is intriguing, I want to know more about the machine and the megacorp. The soundtrack and atmosphere is also just pure chefs kiss.
