At first it seems fun but the entire premise of street racing to earn money is so pointless when the driving mechanics are the MOST BASIC I have ever experienced. The driving reminds me of early 2000's garys mod. It is abysmal. Every single item placed in the world has 0 crash physics meaning if you hit a standard orange barricade it does not explode it just flies away in one whole piece. This game honestly seems like a scam because they just released 1.0 but this game feels SO unfinished. I would recommend not purchasing this game and listen to the other reviews warning against it. I did not listen to them and regret it deeply now.
I dont know why the steam not have neutral vote The game has so many potential and is so clever , First time in my life on game i see see through hood in cars. the game has garage has mechanic work and has also races, has handling accelaration system, but has still has bugs, 3 minutes on game and press to see the key mapping options and when i close the menu the menu stay there but you can drive the car from behind, the handbrake is like a bad brake exeption when build drift car. at demo was more funny and nice with bug free, Saddly i must to return and i will buy it later with better updates or better sale percentant
I had high hopes for this game but it belongs back in early access! When racing there are random audio clips that appear from random sides. It sounds like a freight train / diesel pickup cross. When you put a car on a lift you often cant look up at it to work on it essentially ending the game (possibly due to engine mode?). Lots of little bugs in the game. One example was the car disappeared off the lift so there is no car to work on but the quest is enter mechanic mode and work on the car...Turns out it glitched out of the shop and I had to figure out which car it was to it back into the shop. I think the first racing quest should also highlight the race mode you are supposed to do for a more intuitive tutorial. Love that cars can be built for different tasks and handle so. A good start but needs work before playable.
Lots of bugs
The quest makes you grind on one of the main quests for a long time, just for the story line to continue for a little bit before ending abruptly. So many bugs in this game.
DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I only paid like $2 for it and I overpaid! The handling of the cars is atrocious! The cars dip a lot when turning, the steering seems delayed and sluggish, the mechanics part have been seen before and the performance is sometimes very bad. I started a race against 4 opponents and my fps dipped to 49, according to the Steam overlay, but the game was clearly rendering around 1-2. I tried using the Direct 11 version, that "only" dipped to 60 fps, but that was also clearly about 1-2. I know I haven't much ingame playtime, but that's how bad I feel it is. I actually regret paying $2 dollars for a game?!
Keybind options not only don't work, changing the button for the gas pedal (my assumption for what "Ride Forward" means) breaks the driving portion entirely.
This game was great, and honestly could've been a rival to CMS, but when they switched to astragaon everything went down hill and felt rushed.
I had high hope for this game, but DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! The Devs threw away their Roadmap and basically stopped updating this game. As far as the game is now, its far from unfinished. do not buy this game, its not even worth getting it for free VERY sad, since the game has potentional..
do not buy this game, it feels so unfinished with it being 1.0 and there is not much of a story or really any motive to play. the driving physics is terrible.
