Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The Celestial Collapse—a calamity caused by a colossal object crashing into the eastern lands known as Azuma. The devastating impact sent fragments of terrain to the skies above and the seas below. With the earth shattered, the power provided by the runes ceased to flow. The gods of nature vanished soon after. Mountains crumbled and fields withered, leaving the people with nothing…not even hope.
You awaken, startled by a dream of dueling dragons. You don’t remember how or why, but a voice resonates within you.
"Accept the power of an Earth Dancer. Use this power to save the land."
Experience Rune Factory reimagined! Guardians of Azuma is an all-new adventure that takes place in the never-before-seen eastern country of Azuma. Embrace your Earth Dancer powers and fight against the corruption spreading throughout Azuma to bring hope back to this once-prosperous land.
As an Earth Dancer, use the power of dance, sacred treasures, and fresh weapons like the Bow and Talisman to purify the land, your farms, and undo the Blight’s damage.
Don’t just mind the farm—rebuild entire villages! Construct and place buildings, enticing people to return to the villages and contribute. Revive the gods to bring vitality and valuable resources back to the plagued lands.
Experience beautiful Japanese-inspired character designs and aesthetics—from festivals, events, and monsters. Explore Azuma’s natural landscapes and its seasonal-themed locales steeped in tradition.
Choose between male and female protagonists, then befriend or romance any of the eligible candidates in fully voiced scenarios. Recruit these new friends to aid you in battle, too!

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma is a great addition to the franchise! It builds on the foundation of Rune Factory Tides of Destiny and focuses mostly on RPG/battle/exploration. Like in ToD, farming is not a huge part of the experience, so everyone who searches for that will not get it here. It's mostly automated and money doesn't play a huge role. This entry however is a huge step up regarding the open world and socialization. While RF5s open world was mostly empty, they added lots of collectibles and sidequests to keep you busy. The daily dialogue is very lacking, but the vast amount of bonding events with the characters is immaculate. Paired with the awesome and funny voiceacting, this game has the best events for bachelors and bachelorettes in the whole franchise. The other mechanics are watered down - you don't need to farm, craft good gear or think up methods to gain the most money. But that's not bothering me here, since the focus of the game is a different one. Exploration, battle and wooing all the lovable characters. It is still a spin off and not a main entry, so RF:GoA focusing on a few specific mechanics is perfectly fine. I hope that they can use the positives of this game and include them in the next main installment - especially the bonding events!

Honestly, the best Rune Factory game in the series for me (I have played 3-5 to completion). I loved the story, I laughed, I cried it really moved me! Usually I know right away who I want to romance and then speed run that relationship, but this time I had to seriously spend days agonizing about who to commit to because I just loved everyone and their stories and I still want to replay it to pick someone else eventually. The combat is super fun, party system is nicely streamlined. I love that you can boost your relationship not just with gifts but cute little activities to do. The city building was so fun and unstressful. I loved walking through the little towns I made. I do wish there were more decor like shrubs to make it feel less flat but still super good. This game made me fall back in love with Rune Factory all over again!
Good grief the UI/UX is absurdly bad on this port. Why port a game if you're not going to make it work well on the PC? Mouse moves too fast on the menu, and *WAAAAAAY* too slow on the camera. The "Mouse sensitivity" and "Camera speed" sliders do absolutely nothing. The menu mouse needs to be about half the speed, and camera speed needs to be about 5-10x faster. The "Auto" for dialog waits 3 seconds after each tiny speech bubble "wha-" wait 3 seconds "Huh?" wait 3 seconds, over and over. Even spamming enter to try and make it goes faster will frequently ignore your button smashing for 2-3 seconds. The "remove debris" button says "press this button" which is a picture of a period and up arrow together. And guess what, neither the period, up arrow, left click, nor right click removes debris... it's the friggen Shift key. I had to spend 20 minutes looking online to find what the button actually was. It has the incredibly stupid radial wheel (which is find for controller, but terrible for keyboard and mouse) instead of hot bar. I haven't even gotten to the gameplay and already hate the game. I'll keep playing, since I've already paid for it and past my refund date. I've given it a fair shake. It's low budget, low effort slop. Feels like a mobile or Gacha quality of game. I take that back, mobile games are higher quality, higher effort than this.
graphics are amazing. it is heavier on combat, as Rune Factory games usually are, but you can farm as much or as little as you want. voice acting is great. combat is snappy. it's a treat to play :)

First Rune Factory game I've played and it was amazing.
10/10 you can marry the antagonist... best game ever
I'm enjoying the game so much so far! It plays a bit different to mainline Rune Factory games. It gives a bit more Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, in my opinion, especially with the simplified farming mechanics. As always though, the characters are charming and really are the life of the game. The graphics, story and world design are great, much MUCH better than Rune Factory 5 as well. And, while I'm not a super fan of the village management system, I do think it's a fun change of pace. I'm excited to keep playing!
你知道我玩了这么久,发现这游戏可以同性结婚时的震撼么
This is a great sequel for the rune factory series, if they are going this direction im happy with it. overall its a great game it can be complex if you want that or not, just put it all on auto. the good the main story is definitly shorter than the other games but very good, the farming mechanics are very simplyfied and optional thanks to the villagers system. the combat is very good, i just miss the magic spells on the previous games. what i don't like is that you build the villages very well and very pretty but the main characters don't even set foot in those spaces. and those sky islands are very shallow and not worth exploring, im disapointed with a lot of the story chars mentioning the capital of azuma and we cant go or even view them from a distance.
