About

█ ROUTINE is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror title set on an abandoned lunar base designed around an 80s vision of the future.
Curious exploration turns into a need for survival when a lunar base goes completely quiet. Searching for answers puts you face to face with an enemy who is certain the main threat is you. Discoveries lead to deeper unknowns and the only way to go is forward. ▌
Note: ROUTINE offers no waypoint markers, finding your way is part of the experience. Slow down, observe your surroundings, explore carefully, and review data to uncover the path forward.
█ EXPLORE: Roam through contrasting sectors of the lunar base, from deteriorating living quarters and tram stations to an abandoned mall. ▌
█ OBSERVE: Investigate your surroundings and uncover crucial information to progress and piece together the events that unfolded before your arrival. ▌
█ IMMERSE: Full body awareness, diegetic audio, and minimal UI help create a gripping and atmospheric experience. ▌
█ OPERATE: Your Cosmonaut Assistance Tool (C.A.T.) is vital. Use it to access critical terminals, navigate the environment and identify clues. ▌
█ SURVIVE: Run, hide, or attempt to defend yourself against unknown threats using the C.A.T. as a last resort. ▌

Reviews
I was surprised to see Mick Gordon was in on this game's development. Atmosphere 10/10 Sound/Music 10/10 Don't normally play horror fps type games but the trailer made this game look intruguing and it didn't disappoint.
When selling Routine to someone, there's a lot you could bring up. The stunning visuals, incredibly imagined space stations realized with unbelievable graphical fidelity. The sound design, which seeps into your brain, and infests you with fear throughout the entirety of the games runtime. The enemy patrols, resource management elements, and map design, turning you into a rat skittering through a plastic maze. The diegetic elements, which draw you into the experience and ask you to interface with the world in a way most games don't. It's very likely that this game will scare you. It's also likely that, at the end, once you've reached the end, it'll be the story, more than anything else, that sticks with you. The small moments you find within the eye of the storm, when the monsters disappear and all you have left is a mirror that's begging you to wonder what lies on the other side. Games like these are a gift, and Routine is a game that keeps on giving long after you roll credits

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A melhor experiência de horror e SCI-FI, espero ver mais jogos assim no futuro <3
A thought-provoking & suspenseful psychological horror that employs beautiful CRT graphics technology; a must play for fans of the genre that will leave you with unanswered questions & a lingering sense of dread. 9 / 10
AMBIENTAÇÃO MUITO BOA!
it's worth buying on sale, i think, but the game only took me 4 hours to beat it (i wasn't necessarily doing everything as fast as possible, but you can only stop and appreciate the visuals for so long) it's basically 90% look and feel, 10% gameplay. the threats in the game are simply not threatening enough, and the puzzles were too simple.
謎解き目的で購入してはいけません。 ストーリーもかなり投げっぱなしです。
After playing the first couple chapters, I was intrigued by the world but thought that the scare level was going to remain pretty tame. Boy was I wrong. The last half had some of the most tense moments I've had in a game and some serious scares (including a few unscripted ones). Throughout the game, I noticed several design choices that, on the surface, seem like sloppy development. On closer examination, it's much more likely they are thematic. For example, not being able to pause adds a lot of tension. The limited save/data access availability follows the 80's style. Yes, some of these might be inconvenient, but they work really well here. Some of the puzzles or what to do next weren't always obvious. I'd say check out the Tasks section if you get stuck. There were some good hints in there. Visuals were pretty good and the sound design was great. Length was about right, maybe a little on the short side (6-7 hours for me). Check this one out. Impressive work from a small dev team!
The atmosphere and sound design in this game are unmatched. Had a top 3 jump scare moment that I still haven't recovered from. It's relatively short, but great from start to finish and the tension never eases up. The complete lack of a UI is also really well done. Heavy recommend.
The immersion, the narration via exploration the atmosphere and the overall theme are just fantastic. If you like psychological horror, science fiction, or visual storytelling at least a little bit you should give this game a shot.
