A brutal godlike village sim that melds the god game, management, and tower defense genres! Fight off hoards of monsters at night, and expand your village in the day time. Inspired by games like Black and White, Rimworld, and Dwarf Fortress but not quite like any of them.

Progreso mal balanceado. Tienes a la IA contra las cuerdas sin edificios y apenas terreno y de repente crea 60 enemigos y arrasan con todo el mapa.
Joguinho viciante, toda gameplay você aprende algo novo, recomendo demais

Sorry, I dont get some of the latest reviews. There is a guy... played this game for over 900h, downvoting it and clearly complaining about bad micromanagement, which is his own fault. After 900h it is like you payed 2ct per hour!!! Where do you get that much entertainment for a price like this? And yeah I know sometimes a bad rating is our only chance to get the studios attention, but maybe doublecheck how many people are working on a project... It's hilarious sometimes, how passionate creators are criticised for minor things (esp singledevs) with the same intensity billion dollar companies are, if their AAA game comes with more bugs than starship troopers, at RELEASE. There are some perks you can earn by reaching goals and spending the so won points for treasures. These are containing, more ore less useful, permanent buffs that affect your world positively. You dont need them, you can't buy em, they are just there to give you even more content... Where now is the idea of some comments coming from, that these thingies have to turn you into a dungeon overlord? It's a survival game in it's own way and it's pretty hard to withstand the corruption. There are games like Bloons, Dawn of Man, Anno or Stronghold that are covering the single features of RtR for the same price, if you are looking for a 'March through' experience. Consider this experience to be more like Rimworld, or They are Billions where failing and sometimes watching your people helplessly die, even after hours of playing, is part of the experience. I appreciated the idea to bring in some new content/feature with the achievements, but I dont mind at all if they work or not. If you are passionate about strategy, tower defense or basebuilding this game is worth the money and definetly catches you enough to get known to the mechanics. You will 'doom' your begun world one or two times after you learned more about how to play and how to conquer the world region by region... But 'dooming' is part of the game and everybody does it. I'm happy to had insight in the devs vision of a game for a fair price and am really excited about the announcement of RtR2, that was part of the recent updates to RtR. It's cool to hear, that his wife became head of the art department and is going to create the sprites for the next title. This is more transparent than we deserve at all and an indicator for how important the vision and the community are for these people. I just love the game for the possibility to let settlements interact with each other. I encountered this cap of joy so many times in other strategy games... The moment you've mastered everything on your map, having an overproducing settlement and not enough space to evolve further, or no more enemies to defeat. RtR gives you the freedom to continue by sending settlers and Items to new parts of the world to establish new settlements. What a brilliant feature. In my opinion it doesnt even matter that it's ultrahard or timetaking to "win" a world. It's hours of planning layouts and learning, with so many unique moments. Eastereggs, like some of the settlers names, included...
Good extremely hard TD Colony Sim. Its not anything close to RimWorld or Dwarf Fortress but still fun. Buy on sale.
Love the game. It's changed a fair bit over the years and remains fun today. It's doing the best it can to slaughter your settlements, so you really do have to hustle if you want to win fair and square. Or just cheat
I don't play on the harder settings but this game Is an absolute blast if you play on the more casual settings. It combines my love for colony management games and also my style of starting over and over again with the roguelite elements. What a great time!

I like this game. So much that I actually make a review for it. Only ever did this like once or maybe twice. But this guy deserves it. He keeps making updates to make the game more balanced and fun. (even adding buildings and jobs) Sure you'll maybe need to adjust your gamestyle accordingly. Like damn I liked using golems but now theyre asking too much juice (seriously man, you had to make it 3 times as much juice needy?) If you want a game you'll be able to sink some good hours in just easily, relaxed. Buy it. Join the rest of us on a journey that always keeps changing. So far always for the better (though seriously man, i want my OP golems back)
Adorei o jogo, no entanto o bug de parar de responder do nada vem enchendo o saco, só não pedi reembolso porque eu gostei do jogo, mesmo instalando a versão mais recente do java ainda trava então é triste
