Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
So far I'm enjoying it. I may update this review when I finish. My greatest criticism lies with the open world; it's a very boring affair. Open the map, many circles, pick circle, set waypoint, follow waypoint in compass. Collect roots and nuts and rocks. Kill some baddies. You get the picture here. You've played this game many times over, sometimes even better. If you can abide that, then the rest of the game has many high points: the setting is interesting, placing your character during the time period of the opening of Japan to the West. Combat is fun with many different weapons to choose from. You'll equip two main melee weapons and two subweapons which are generally long range with some exceptions. Traversal is also quite fun as in the cities you can travel most of the path up on the roofs. It can be a little frustrating determining what exactly your character will climb on sometimes, but you get a feel for it pretty quick. You also get a grappling hook, which can allow travel at certain predetermined points on the map or can be used in combat to throw enemies around. On the neutral side, it is a Team Ninja game so expect a lot of useless equipment to drop all the time. It can get overwhelming but you have many quick ways to dispose it. I've seen some reviews complain about performance, but I've had only a few times where the game has frozen on me. I'm posting my PC specs with this review so you can judge for yourself if my experience will be similar to yours.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 25: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Rise of the Ronin – Great Open World, Solid Gameplay, Questionable Progression Overall, I really enjoyed Rise of the Ronin. The gameplay is fun and the combat system is solid, although I wouldn't call it particularly outstanding. The biggest strength of the game is definitely its huge open world. There is a massive amount of content to explore, and there are plenty of well-made, handcrafted missions that keep things interesting. However, the game has a pretty annoying level-scaling system that completely undermines the feeling of progression. A level 1 enemy and a level 55 enemy can basically feel the same, with the higher-level enemy mostly just having higher stats and more effects. Because of this, leveling up and getting stronger doesn't feel nearly as rewarding as it should. The PC performance is also pretty terrible. Even with decent hardware, the game can run poorly and has some frustrating performance issues. Despite all that, I would still recommend the game. The huge open world, amount of content, handcrafted missions, and solid gameplay make it worth playing. If the PC performance were better and the level scaling didn't undermine progression so much, this could have been a much better experience.
i dumped a lot of time in this on ps5 and bought it again for pc dont have much time in yet but i just redownloaded the game again recently for some reason i come back to this game yes the graphics aren't great i did love the fighting mechanics and weapons a lot definitely worth a play through maybe wait for sale?
Great samurai game
Combat is chef kiss, sekiro like! Graphics debatable. Story is politics, open world ubisoft like full of repetitive collectibles and whatnot.
LINDO COMBATE PERO ES UNACAGAD DE JUEGO LENTO ABURRIDO MAL OPTIMIZADO
Das spiel ist sehr gut
