Rime Berta

So close to hitting the mark, but too annoying. It's a semi-competent SRPG, sure. But, it is super grindy but not nearly enjoyable enough to justify going through it. It has many odd design choices (camera, I'm looking at you). I didnt really make it far enough to comment on the story with certainty, but as far as I did see, it was cute but generic.

Rime Berta is a cute little SRPG with just enough complexity to make it fun. None of the systems are overly complicated, though it can get a little grind happy. That wasn't a problem for me as it isn't nearly as grindy as the Disgaea franchise.

Its kinda cute and i like that you can retreat from a battle and keep levels and skills learned but its got too many drawbacks. The bodies staying on the field is a huge one, in small areas with directional skills its just annoying, let me stand on them! ALso the huge enemy armies against your few makes battles take ages. Moving the camera is kinda a pain too. For me though the biggest problem is how the damn screen jerks around showing the enemy attcks and movement, it made me sick. Just too much making it not fun. I gave up and uninstalled.

A fun old game when you played with the cute fairies and exploring the story about Rime Berta. I have fun with that game for the first 4 hours since I was a kid.

While lacking polish and being rather short (most people say about 20 hours to finish) it's actually a fairly decent tactical RPG. The downsides are the grinding required to finish the game and the camera and camera controls. The upsides? Lots of options for your party of five, a job system and a fusion system where your characters can be fused with one another to give you fusion stat bonuses. You're also not limited to progressing to a higher tier class but can go backwards as well, so if you missed out on a skill you want you can switch back, grab the skill, then switch up again. Your party composition is only limited by the dolls you that you can recruit each fight, as usually one of the defeated dolls offers to join your group. You can refuse but since the fusion system means you wind up combining dolls you'll probably want to pick up most of them. You can always dismiss them later. Want to run with 1 warrior and 4 magicians? Go ahead. 2 thieves and 3 archers? Sure. A team of five lancers? Give it a go. You can even play with less than the maximim of 5 if you want. You can re-play missions, and will want to in order to pick up more dolls, and to gain XP and skills. All skills increase from use, which is a game mechanic I like and wish more games would employ. The downside, of course, is that grinding the skills can be necessary to give you a good chance of success, or more heaing/damage/effect from those skills. The bottom line is it's a fun little tactical turn-based RPG with a fair amout of depth, so I recommend you check it out of if you're a fan of the genre.

Cute story and characters but UX is awful. Everything requires too many menuing. Only had dialogues at the beginning of the game so far so I guess I can’t expect a dense story either. Not for me.

Divertido, um sólido 6,5 Para os fãs mais radicais do gênero, ele é um jogo fraco, sem grandes mecânicas, o jogo não é nada particularmente inovador ou Único, porém para aqueles que apenas querem um solido e divertido jogo ele é uma boa pedida, ele executa tudo de maneira satisfatória, quanto a história do jogo ela é simples, nada fantástico porem serve ao seu propósito, recomendo apenas em promoção
