I recommend adding the Turkish language so that the Turkish player community will show more interest in the game.
Richbroker is an idea for a game that's promising.... but the execution is not great. It's basically real estate development. Build then flip, then build and keep building. Simple concept and addicting premise, and easy to learn. The way this game starts to fall apart is lack of consequences. You can build 5 lots at a time, flip them, and then continue. However, there's no "demand" concept in this game, so once you reach a critical mass you can turn a small town into a massive city. Overbuild it to death with high density, high cost apartments? Yes. Overbuild the office market to a point of New York city levels? Yes. Build 10 stadiums so land value is ridiculous and 10 hqs to allow you to buy... everything. Yes. Once you figure this out, the game is easy and has no strategy. Overbuild the map to death, with no care or premise on what the market actually wants, because their is no market in this game. And once you do the frame rate drops, you have millions of dollars, and the CPUs are too easy. This leads into a few major issues that take the game away from a time waster to frustrating. - Levels won't unlock in the game screen, so your always stuck on level 1. - Game is poorly optimised, turning it into a crawl on my gaming rig. - That music in the demo? Doesn't exist in the main game. - No consequences (i can't emphasis this enough), so any strategy from the game is gone. It has promise, but it lacks balance to make it more difficult. It's cheap and easy fun, but it's a gas station burger at best.
