Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Stoplights is all about management, planning and efficiency. Your goal is to establish cities near resources, connect them together with rails and manage automatic train routes by placing traffic lights.
The needs of a city grow with time, so expect your rail network to be stress tested in an increasingly complex network of intermingling trains.
Inefficient routes, misplaced signals or lots of time spent waiting at a junction will be the difference between success and failure.
Build cities, rails, and train signals
Manage traffic by dividing long rails into shorter segments via signals
Indirectly control automatic train routes, which seek out nearest viable and unobstructed resources in connected cities
Win by reaching the last day without any city running out of demanded resources
Play at your own pace - pause or fast forward the simulation at will
Includes tutorial videos to help grasp the game mechanics
Features a selection of hand crafted maps, with semi-random resource placements each time
Map scenarios are hand-crafted with pseudo-random outcomes to ensure fairness and balance, but also repeatability
12 difficulty settings to play around with, which influence score multiplier and replay value
Language-independent game, meaning there is virtually no text during gameplay (except for a few settings)
Difficulty-influenced leaderboards
Trains can collide with each other

An absence of any explanation for game mechanics is frustrating and confusing. Then when you do fathom out some vague idea of what the game wants you to do, actually managing to make the track set up you think you require is frustrating and confusing as well. Mainly due to the fact that for some unknown reason the developer deliberately decided to implement chain signals incorrectly. Thinking it would be a good idea to have them function the opposite way to how they do in every other game. Oh and you can't take the time to figure the game out either, because you are on a strict time limit. Fail to set up the games ass backwards signalling system within a short time and it is game over. Overall a frustrating and annoying experience.
It's a neat little Mini Metro-Like that gives you more control over the routes the trains take and how intersections are handled. There's a little bit of trial and error involved in figuring out how the signals work, but it's a puzzle game and I didn't mind discovering the puzzle on my own. I hope there's more added eventually, but even as it is the game is well worth the price if you like Mini Metro/Motorways.

Desperately needs some kind of tutorial, as the traffic lights are somewhat unintuitive. Watched the lil videos a dozen times but sometimes unsure what they're trying to show... Otherwise really solid framework - nice smooth graphics, music, vibe, good controls, even hits a little nostalgia note for 90s games!
Fun and addictive game. Missing some written tutorial and starting can be a bit, perhaps a lot, of confusion. But in the end fun and interesting managing game.
Only 2 hours in and I think this is my GOTY already. I love the minimalistic approach to player onboarding!
This game is fantastic. I have been looking for train orientated game similar to factorios train system for a long time, and this game absolutely itches the craving, absolutely recommended, 10/10.
Very satisfying and engaging puzzle game, with a very unusual perspective on what's fun about train track design. Trains spawn automatically and set their destination to 'nearest city that can give me what I'm looking for'. As such, the game is about choosing where to build, and creating clear sections of track by placing stoplights. (The title really is fitting, stoplights are critical to successful play.) Another very unusual thing is that there are no words in this game. Everything is communicated with objects in the game, symbols, and little tutorial videos. The developer has been really helpful at explaining things in the discussion area, so it's clear that 'no words' is a deliberate design choice, and I think it works. Getting everything rolling smoothly is extra satisfying when you know that you really have figured everything out for yourself. 10 hours in, I've played the toughest level, and I'm satisfied with my positioning on the leaderboards for today. (This includes a lot of restarts on the final level.) I suspect I'll come back to this, because the randomization in the levels is significant enough to make each attempt meaningfully different, and this is a good game to chill out to.
Great Simple game, easy to play hard to master.
The demo got me hooked. Very fun and relaxing game!
I had a really enjoyable experience with Stoplights. It’s definitely the kind of game that takes a bit of time to fully understand at the beginning, because the mechanics aren’t immediately obvious. After getting past that initial confusion, the gameplay becomes surprisingly engaging and addictive. Huge kudos to the solo developer, building something this unique on your own is seriously impressive. It’s always great to see indie projects like this come together so well.
