One of the best single-player VR games I've played! Just look at the trailers, they give a good account of what to expect in the game. This is a fun arcade shooter - you are not going to be slowed down by fetch-quests, a long intro / tutorial section, story cinematics, puzzles, etc. Pros: + Not a wave shooter! + Non-stop arcade action - you will be shooting missles out of the air, and taking down attack choppers + Varied levels and enemies + Easy to play, hard to master - lives system lets you progress quite far through the level as a beginner, but the boss will probably kill you! + Great animations and cool visual style, reminiscent of Time Crisis, Metal Gear Solid + Some really good gameplay mechanics like the arcade classic "shoot power-ups to collect them" + Power-ups - e.g. your hands will morph into plasma cannons! + Challenging, impressive boss battles + Voice acting gives it that extra arcade feel Cons: Minor things like graphical glitches - I will leave these in the discussion section, as the developer will probably fix them but then I'll forget to update my review! Playthrough of the three levels available at time of writing: Level 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Stbzo5yR4SI Level 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypS-FtWf9BA Level 3 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McCmpaekPwo Each was the first time I beat that level, so I'm not playing that great yet. 10/10 - more levels please!
Пока что тут есть только корявая озвучка, плохая оптимизация, веселая музычка и намек на экшон - это даже полноценной игрой не назовешь. Однако, выглядит перспективно и дизайн интересный. Буду ждать пока её доделают Dear developers, in this early version of the game is not so bad, but the voice of the characters is terrible, there is no acting game, please do not leave this voice acting
I played the demo and the first level of the game so far, and it is fast paced, intense action. There isn't a real story campaign, just a back story. The graphics are good on high, and the soundtrack is perfect for the game. There is some repetition to the enemies, and combat, but that is common in most action VR games. The biggest flaw is the lack of saving checkpoints, so you have to beat the entire level or you start back at the beginning. This is not player friendly. I also had one bug where I fell through the map, but overall it's been pretty smooth, and the locomotion options are good. I bought it on sale, and recommend it at sale price.
I recommend this game. It's reminscent of Virtua Cop and Time Crisis in a very good way. The developer is responsive to feedback as well. I asked for left handed mode in the forums and the next day I had it. A little rough around the edges but well worth the asking price.
OK game, not really my cup of tea. Arcade shooter three levels with boss fights at the end. I personally hate games that force you to replay the entire level when you die at the boss battle, and that is exactly this game. It gets repetitive and tiresome. There are better games out there to play
The sound in this game is awful but the game is okay, worth to play tho
i really like the game, but no updates or posts from the developers in a year, think the game is dead. best not to bother with it unless something gets updated.
Don't get me wrong, this game has a great concept and the soundtrack is killer. However, even for 8 bucks when I got it on sale I still could not bring myself to enjoy it. Firstly, when the elevator doors open there is an invisible wall that was created to prevent me from going in the room with the enimes. I had to kill them from outside the room before the wall disappeared. If i choose to go into a room and kill them up close....then that should be my decision not the game telling and forcing me what to do. Another thing is that you have to shoot the health........ you can not walk over it, or pick it up that way, you have to shoot it. That is sorta annoying in my book when I am close enough to pick it up I should be able to. Also there are no save points, when you die you have to restart the entire mission over regardless how far you got in the mission. Also, even on easy this game is way too difficult. A lot of people might find the walking/running movement an absloute vomit comet but after playing a lot of Zero Caliber, I had no problems with the movement. Loved the concept, loved the soundtrack but did not like anything else.
I should make this review earlier.
