Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 20 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

so far so good, as xcom2 player and good turn based combat fan its hard to find a good game in this genre(most i refund, just too simply or is feeling dead), but this one is motivating, this game has many items, different grenades, turrets, active abilities, cover, weapon upgrades, story with good japanese anime voice acting(some actors you will know if you watch/ed animes), but you should be able to read english for the subs and other text, you can skip stories, can fast foward sequences if you reading fast, fast foward enemy movement aswell, you can restart levels, you can play fastpaced or slow, has a good tutorial(several missions) and many good qol(quality of life) things levels are more linear, so i doubt it has good replayability, but its a long one, for 20(sale) to 30 bucks you cant do anythings wrong, dont let the graphics fool you, and weapon sound and explosives are feeling good, you can miss!!! but active skills can reduce and /or bypass it, chars level up, you can play this with controller i think, i play with keyboard and mouse and its good, should run on a potato pc, my 5060ti is using under 10% on 2K and cpu usage is low so far i know most negatives reviews are from chinese people which arent about the game itsself, its about the lore or something i give it thumbs up(from me it means a lot:D)

Certainty of death. Small chance of success. Well, what are we waiting for? RC will require multiple attempts, especially the stealth maps. The odds are stacked against you, and your resources are limited. The game will call upon you to use every mechanic - vision mechanics, items, abilities, terrain - to make it through. And it will be most satisfying when you pull it off. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys the SRPG genre and some solid writing that Mica Team is known for
This game is one I can't recommend enough to people who enjoy Visual Novels stories and/or hard strategy turn based games. There is a lot of great story to consume and plenty of challenges that'll have you critically thinking about every move and action you take. The gameplay as I mentioned is strategic and hard, it has a difficulty slider for those who want to lean into it's more harder aspect or take a relax and enjoy the story. Just kidding, regardless of what difficulty you choose you'll likely still struggle after the halfway point. While it may turn some people off I still like it as it really emphasizes the desperate tone and setting of the story and makes you endure the same feeling of barely making it out alive of chaotic situations that the characters experience. For those interested in the story or want an idea of what to expect, it's a Militaristic Sci-fi story with elements such as body horror and romance. The characters are given a lot of time for the players to grow attached to and learn about and it makes any bonds that are made or broken impactful. In the first half you might not care much but by the end you'll be wanting to see more of them and their interactions. From here on I will show my bias and love for this game. This game is a remake of the original game "Codename Bakery Girl" and I have to say that this remake goes above and beyond as a remake. The story seems to be roughly like 3 to 4 times larger than the original, new characters are added and the existing characters are expanded upon and have more depth. gameplay is improved as you now don't have to worry so much about getting softlocked like in the original and the visuals and art direction are a big improvement with lots of passion put into it. I played the original and it was brutal. I loved it as it was a niche interest of mine even tho I never managed to get past the last hurdle in the original due to getting softlocked as I couldn't read Chinese and wasn't able to prepare the best I could for the final mission. So as a fan of the original this remake is a phenomenal experience and since this game takes place in the same universe as Girls' Frontline it's even better for me as I also enjoy GFL and it's story and lore. Lastly, I hate the last 3 bosses with every fiber of my being for draining me of my sanity. 12/10 Go read Girl of the Bakehouse.
Legitimately half of this game is stealth missions. Stealth missions are NEVER fun in any game, especially this one.
Caveat!
tl;dr: A very niche but well-made game. If you're looking for (a) a puzzle game with a turn-based tactics flavor, and enjoy (b) adapting quickly to changing situations (think 'unexpected, same-turn reinforcements' in Fire Emblem) then you'll love this game. Otherwise, avoid.
Longer Review
I really, really wanted to like this game. I bought it on day 1, expecting it to resemble 'shooty' squad-level turn-based tactics/RPGs like Silent Storm or maybe Troubleshooter. Those games emphasize flexibility and solutions to foreseeable tactical problems. Through smart analysis, character customization, sound tactics and luck, you can have lots of fun beating maps. Not this game. This game will throw curveball after curveball at you. The experience is less like a tactics game than a puzzle game with tactical elements (sometimes).
30% of the levels are stealth levels
In those levels you will dodge enemy patrols and searchlights. Unfortunately, the levels rob you of most of your tactical options. Only one character has a useful stealth skill, which he unlocks fairly late. Most of your turns will be spent waiting & working out enemy patrol routes... which frequently change mid-map. Patrols will suddenly appear. Enemies will suddenly become suspicious (for no gameplay reason) & change their routes. A random tank will show up. None of the above changes are foreshadowed. This means that you will not be able to plan properly unless you restart levels or savescum. Later stealth levels add more and more systems to juggle to the point where I just wasn't having any fun.
Gimmicks
This game loves gimmicks. Every 2 levels or so, you're introduced to a new item or mechanic which you'll be expected to master to complete that level. And then... the mechanic doesn't recur, or the item is so niche (looking at you, hole-in-the-ice maker) that it feels pointless. And then one level near the end of the game will use it again and frustrate you. This also applies to bosses. Many of the bosses are (a) gimmick bosses, or (b) damage-sponges. Sometimes you'll get both in one multi-part level, and there's an infamously difficult one at the end of Chapter 2. I get the want to surprise players and (I guess?) simulate being like a guerrilla faced with impossible odds, but the bosses felt especially unfun to me.
Reinforcements!
There are really neat maps in the game, which have you exploiting enemy behavior to doom them or lead them into death-traps. These are few and far between. Most often, you will be served a map with many enemies which seems doable, but by turn 6 the game deploys those sudden reinforcements, and by turn 8 there are more reinforcements, and then by turn 10 the map becomes one big chaotic mess with lots of half-dead enemies running around and no real way to deal with them except for RNG-fu. Again, the maps start doable, but game-breaking reinforcements will ruin your fun. The last few maps of Chapter 4, for example, love suddenly spawning multiple high-level units in the middle of your formations... constantly.
Red queen's race
You know how in games like XCOM2 you can sometimes get a really strong soldier and have him solo maps and have it be really fun? This game lacks those moments. All the upgrades you get are rote and matched by the enemy, to the point that they're meaningless. Towards the end, even basic enemies will have ridiculous buffs (healing! ability-locking! guaranteed avoids!) that dealing with them singly becomes a chore, let alone a whole platoon of them. Seriously, before upgrades, a grenade will kill the most basic enemy & injure the one a step above that... after all upgrades, a grenade will kill the most basic enemy & injure the one a step above that. This goes back to the reinforcements problem. You will have to deal with platoons of enemies, and specialist troops, and damage-sponge bosses. You will have at most 6 (8 with proper ability use) people in your squad, with a very limited amount of actions-per-turn, no reliable counterattack mechanic (except with 1 character), and with very little in the way of tide-turning abilities. Towards the end I was relying on RNG and funky placement options because with the sheer number of troops, it was just very tedious to find that smart move. Which is a shame, since the art assets are gorgeous. The little unit sprites are really expressive and they've programmed all sorts of cute gestures. Jefuty is fine as a main character. There are cute bonding scenes. The story is alright. If you like anime war stories, you'll like this one, although it relies very heavily on an invincible antagonist towards the end. Also the dolls show up for two levels, tops. I've played the standard campaign to completion (Chapter 4) & I know there's another chapter but... this game had no catharsis for me, no point where it all suddenly turned fun. Too bad.
Absolute cinema. One of the best single player game I've ever played and the great music adds so much to the experience. Not for people who don't like a lot of reading, loads of trial and error and stealth missions.
