Excellent puzzlegame! Theres 4 different sections of the game and the A-area acts mostly as a tutorial for some of the new mechanics, and some from the previous Rethink Evolved puzzle games. B-area you start to put into use what you learnt from A. The C-area is where you need to start to get creative and sometimes create some beautiful puzzle solutions to progress I recently entered the D area and its a very large area with a lot of large puzzles. Cant wait to get started in this D-area! I very much recommend this puzzlegame! Try it out!
Another incredibly beautiful and satisfying light-based logic puzzle experience in the ReThink series, taking place in the now familiar tranquil modernist architectural style. You will need some serious graphics horsepower to play this game but it is definitely worth it. It is great for casual play - when you need to take a break from other pursuits, you can work on a particular puzzle and come back to it. The level of difficulty seems just right - some easy puzzles, some more challenging. This game introduced more expansive spaces with light moving between isolated areas, which was nice. The complement sphere was a nice add, as you could pass multiple different color paths through it and get the complementary color on the other side, enabling multiple uses for the same component. Thank you to the developers and looking forward to more!
Another great entry in the ReThink series. If you got this far in it, you already know what to expect - colored laser puzzles! There are a few new additions to this one though - cubes that disperse lasers over a bigger area, points you can "hook" yourself to for faster traversal and platforms that need to receive specific color combinations from lasers to create a path. It's a good time and a definite recommendation, just like every other game in the series!
Some interesting new mechanics introduced that renewed the formula once more. Like other games from the "evolved" series, you can solve some puzzles and wonder if you did a legal solution or just absued the margins to complete it. Another relaxing game from Yaeko.
More of the series but this time around I don't quite manage to stick with it. I think it's time to move on from this mechanic to something new.
Excellent 3D puzzle game.
The ReThink games are a lovely series of puzzle games that keep evolving with each entry. They have some great puzzles but personally what I enjoy most about them is the architecture, style, music and general atmosphere. I'm somehow deeply vibing with it. Evolved 6 has a much improved learning curve compared to some of the former games so it's a great entry point into the series. I love that you can switch to the original Soundtrack. Two things I'd love to see at some point in future releases are improved controller support and somewhat improved game feel (especially the way the character feels and sounds when moving and the handling of cubes).
7.5/10 3D puzzle with light reflectors/splitters TLDR: It reminds Talos Principle but adds a "cone"-type splitter that covers whole areas, and more. The lack of a story and the somewhat lifeless environments limit the appeal to mostly just puzzle fans. Good: + interesting puzzles where you place cubes on floors and also in zero-gravity areas to reflect colored rays. Rays can mix (e.g. green+red = yellow) + pleasant music (though only 2 tracks) So-so: +/- can't jump. Instead, there are "ranged pullers". Also, you need to press Space and Left Ctrl to float up/down in zero-gravy volumes. Overall, this movement control scheme isn't very comfortable because it's unnatural. I see that the mechanics of the puzzles and the way progress is locked between areas require that there are no jumps. I guess it was an early and an unfortunate design choice +/- while vegetation livens up the levels a bit, there is still a slight sense of sterility and pointlessness due to lack of story or characters. In Talos Principle much of the appeal of the game was in listening to the God's voice and eventually rebelling, plus the Egypt- and other-themed mosaics/paintings on walls. In Portal, the crazy/funny voice-overs turned an otherwise good puzzle into a great game with broad appeal. Among indie games, The Witness had those lootable datacubes with some pieces of text or minor things in the scenery that bring variety. Given the relaxing/boring atmosphere here, maybe some philosophical lootable texts could give meaning to the experience. Like, where is this all happening? Who are you, why are you here, where are you going etc... Bad: - nothing

[th]I'm a Steam curator, you can follow me[/th]

Игра, которая похожа на своих предшественников, но новые детали изменили ее, сделав ее отличную от своих собратьев
Brilliant as usual from Yaeko, hope to see more.
