Let me be the first to say that this game isn't quite like the other ReThink games. It has all new music and ultra-enhanced graphics. You can also step into the water now! It also has less story than before, so don't expect much on that front. As always the puzzle mechanics iterate on those from previous games, so be prepared for some fresh mind-benders. If you ever get stuck and need a break from a puzzle, there is also a degree of nonlinearity worked into this title. Overall it's worth it. And if you haven't played any of the other 7 ReThink games, they're all out there too, waiting for you!
Loving the game so far even though it can be frustrating. The graphics are beautiful and love the style of the levels. Some puzzles are more confusing than others but is very satisfying when you finally figure it out. Highly recommend giving it a shot

I have all of the ReThink games and love them. I just started ReThink 4 and is provides new puzzles and the graphics are fabulous. I highly recommend this if you like puzzle games that are challenging, and relaxing.
Really excellent laser-puzzler again! It will probably last a long time, the puzzles seems to be getting larger than larger and im just 25% in so far. Lots of fun
Difficulty : 4.5/5 (Extremely Hard) Global : 4.5/5 (Great) Excellent game, ReThink has become a must for me and that should be the case for every difficult puzzlers enjoyers. The goal and the cubes/lasers remain the same but new mechanics are introduced, always with a high difficulty close to what the 3 offered but less frustrating. There is a tutorial but again very short, we get very quickly into serious things and all levels are interesting. The game is also less linear and built in open areas. So when you're stuck on a puzzle you can simply move to another one and come back later. Graphics are enhanced and it's still relaxing with new nice music, always a pleasure to play. The game lasts twice longer than ReThink 2 or 3 (from 10/15h to 25/30h) for the same price which also makes it a game with a very good value for money even without sales. So yes ReThink 4 is really worth it, clearly the best of the series and even probably one of the best puzzle games I have played.
Another great ReThink game. A LOT harder than the previous games, but fair most of the time. It has a chill soundtrack and looks great, though it could be optimized a bit better. I definitely look forward to more!
Very good laser puzzle design, general aesthetic and ambiance. However, it's sometimes easy to get lost while looking for the next puzzle and movement felt better in earlier games in the series (especially jumping). Overall, nice. Completionist's note: You'll get achievements for every completed area; The last achievement unlocks while leaving the final area.
even if it's more challenging than the other games. this might be my favourite rethink game so far
I love the series but I cannot play or recommend this one while the performance is still as bad as it is. 2080ti on a 4K monitor: Even dropping to 50% resolution scaling (i.e. 1080p), the only way I can get to 60 FPS, just in the title screen / menus, is by turning off global illumination, which is such a downgrade in graphics that I'd rather wait 10 years to play it.
As programmer I have always tips for implementations. There are so many optimalizations to be implemented. (Game could be much less performance consumer.) But logic behind is astonishing and I vastly admire level of logic planning with puzzle design. Sadly even this title contains some unfinished puzzles (not finished level design) where I was able to win with less cubes than intended. (Sometimes it was really unfinished idea of level.) But much better than previous title. Those finished and well thinked levels was well done. Those finished and planned are the best for mind torturing. Thank you for such a challenge.
