Amazing quest. Amazing game.
Enjoyable game - Great plot, interesting puzzles with the added dimension of multi-character solutions, with from what I can tell - multiple solutions to different problems.
I've really enjoyed other Wadjet Eye games in the past, and they set the bar rather high in terms of my expectations for this game and games in general by that developer. I hate this. I hate it so much. The gameplay aspect of a Point-And-Click is almost never one of its strong points. But here, playing through what seems like it's going to be an interesting story is SO. DAMN. TEDIOUS. I am going to drag myself through this because of the story, but I have to keep consulting a guide just to be able to progress in what should be the most basic ways because of how frustrating and unintuitive the gameplay aspect is. Too much pixel-hunting bu*lsh*t and vague or non-existent progression cues. Is it so much to ask for an option that makes pressing the spacebar highlight what's actually interactable onscreen? It has some interesting ideas, but they were not well-executed. I liked some other Wadjet games that were published well before this one, so that indicates this games flaws weren't merely due to a lack of experience in creating PACs. WTF
Professionally done point and click with good visual style. Some of the voice acting isn't great, but I tend to skip those anyway,
Very clever game from Wadget Eye. Good story, 4 players playable with puzzles implying the cooperation of the 4 characters. The colors are more saturated and vivid compared to Gemini Rue which is a good point...less dull. There is at least 2 or 3 ways of solving each puzzles which is great. Also the system of short term memory and drag and drop of the clues on the characters is very clever and innovative for the genre. Btw, please note that this is not an easy game and that you will need a guide because a lot of the puzzles are about hacking terminals or doors and can require reflexion even with a solid walkthrough nearby. Special mention to the "archive robot arm" puzzle which made me time to figure out and try outs even if I got the logic. Must play if you like the genre and Wadget Eye, it is a good addition to the collection. 8.5/10
Resultado: precisei recomeçar tudo do zero.
***FLASHING LIGHT WARNING*** I'm shocked by just how much this 'real world' (no fantasy, no 'extreme' sci-fi) point & click adventure game got its hooks into me. There are twists and turns in this that I *still* think about, years after I first played this game. A number of puzzles in this are very challenging but every puzzle in this is *fair*. Strongly recommend.
