Survival is just the beginning. Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, one of the survivors, tracks the president's kidnapped daughter to a secluded European village, where there is something terribly wrong with the locals.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 121.86/day in the week to Sep 7 → 167.43/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best BR #28, worst DE #82 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 204.29/day in the week to Jul 21 → 210.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Amazing game. But I would rather get put inside a brazen bull than get S+ on Professional difficulty.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is a great example of how to modernize a classic without losing what made it special. It doesn't try to replace the original. Instead, it refines its ideas, expands its strengths, and delivers an experience that feels familiar while still offering something new. What impressed me most is how cohesive everything feels. The combat, exploration, resource management, and pacing all support one another, creating a game that is constantly engaging without ever feeling exhausting. Every encounter asks you to think about positioning, ammunition, and risk, making even familiar situations feel rewarding. The atmosphere is stronger than ever. The environments are rich with detail, and each area has its own identity while maintaining the tension that defines the series. The remake also gives its characters more room to breathe, making both the quieter moments and the larger set pieces more impactful. I also appreciate that it never loses sight of what made Resident Evil 4 so influential in the first place. It's an action game, but it never forgets its survival horror roots. Resources are limited, exploration is encouraged, and the constant balance between confidence and vulnerability keeps the experience engaging from beginning to end. Resident Evil 4 Remake succeeds because it respects the original without being constrained by it. It understands why the game became a classic, then builds on that foundation with confidence and care. It's one of the strongest remakes I've played, and an easy recommendation.
