Before the mansion, before the destruction of Raccoon City, there was Resident Evil 0. Now remastered with improved visuals and sounds, as well as the all-new Wesker Mode, there's never been a better time to experience the origins of the Resident Evil story.

Tremendo infierno, me encantó (no lo volveré a tocar NUNCA)
Шикарный приквел к 1 части. Ребекка и Билли шикарны. Атмосфера классики, все красиво и сдержанно. Играть точно стоит. 11/10
So, for starters, this was my first introduction to the Resident Evil franchise. I was told multiple times that, despite Resident Evil 0 being the first game chronologically, it isn't recommended as a starting point. With that in mind, I can 100% guarantee that I had my fair share of frustrations with the game, but I absolutely loved it, and I can't compare the experience to any other game I've ever had, for better or worse. The story is quite basic and nothing extraordinary. It's basically "You killed me, so I want revenge." Still, I really enjoyed every cutscene, and despite some rough voice acting here and there, I liked it as well. The characters are great too. Billy's anti-hero vibe and Rebecca's fragile yet fearless personality complement each other perfectly. As I said, this was my first proper contact with the franchise, and my first playthrough was almost completely blind. So I was genuinely surprised when a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ giant scorpion appeared out of nowhere and proceeded to eat up a huge chunk of my ammo. Speaking of ammo, I 100% completed the game, so I can confidently say that you never really find yourself completely out of ammunition, at least on Normal difficulty. I barely even needed to heal because I made good use of the save points throughout the game, and you're never really short on Ink Ribbons either. Every boss fight was exciting and enjoyable, the soundtrack was amazing from start to finish, and I'm really glad I finally gave this game a chance. But not everything was perfect. The inventory system was awful. Managing only six slots for each character was a nightmare. I was constantly dropping items on the floor just to pick up ammo or key items. After my first playthrough, I learned how to minimize the backtracking, but it still wasn't fun. I also hated Leech Hunter. Some of the charms were hidden behind corpses or made difficult to spot because of the awful camera angles. The camera itself was another thing that bothered me at first, although I eventually got used to it. Even then, it often felt like an extra challenge on top of everything else. The only thing that almost made me rage quit was the constant character switching. Every time you need to use the Hookshot, it's usually better to send Rebecca. However, in the lab I sent Billy instead, and Rebecca didn't have all the chemicals she needed. I had to backtrack all the way just to get them, which cost me almost 20 minutes because of one simple mistake. Even so, I loved this game. Now that I've finished it, I understand that these flaws are part of what makes Resident Evil 0 so memorable. The challenge, the tension, and even the frustration all come together to create an experience that I won't forget anytime soon. It may not be the best entry in the series, but it was an unforgettable first Resident Evil, and I'm really happy I started my journey with it.
its my first original resi game with this view. its diffrent but not bad. some times its annoing when you have to pic somthing up but it give a completly new feeling to the game. would defenatly recomand it
Stayed for the Prologue , Came for Rebecca (also ♥♥♥♥ Frogs)
It's more RE, which is always good. But it's all downhill after the first level. If Code Veronica didn't exist, this would take the cake for worst RE game
