NOPE
10/10 Man i wish this game was longer.
A cute little ARPG with a central town to build. Gather resources, get loot, sell loot, make the numbers go up. It's ambition and scope isn't the biggest, but it knows what to focus on, and there's plenty fun in getting your gear as busted as possible
Very good.
received for free idk when, maybe around 2k20-2k22, addictif, RPG PS1 style 90s 2000s. has some bugs like numbers are reversed when receiving monies number at travern, way too reech. it could be improved at companion sys like they can jump, down ladder, follow leader as where we go 100% all time. companion could also possibly get like our armor, ring necklace weap all eq(refer to M&B Warband companion sys too) would be great if we pay em a sum money so they can be revived, also they can be trained at training yard, has level & unique stat, has personality special each other, can be renamed n all customizable stuffs. the devs overall doing good not again, as those Eugen Sys discord server that pester a Japanese say nice saluting word in his native, even a Norwegian neighboring discord mod in a translation server feel pissed at em "wtf with that server" truly disgusting dishearting, ironic, they promotes rule no.3 I always remember were up against rule no.11, rule 3 is against discrimination, rule 11 is advocating discrimination & pestering specific race/culture around. Creative Assembly(CA) are forgiven, why? coz they at least despite hella greed w/ DLCs, blatant cowmilking method on all cringy wh I wh II wh III, they at least once gib us free Shogun 2(famed for legendary cool AI unexpected move, best AI, by Legend of Total War) as well as its wh III at least got free for a short period while a game-labs, some say in Naval Action "diabolically greed" we started warehouse 5 slots, used to be 32 or so, it's coz blatant greediness cowmilking incompetent lazy marketing devs team. my US fren even comment "burn their house" "yea price tagging a Multiplayer DLC is pure evil n evil" I personally can't agreed more than them, highly truth, many agreed this level of greediness is unthinkable, beyond expectations of many holy h ell
I really like this game, but it's also very finicky and tedious. I enjoy tedium but I don't know if I would recommend it. If you like repetitive gameplay, pixel art, and don't have any vision issues with small UI or small items on the ground, you will probably like this game! It's got the old school charm of opening individual levels to walk right and smack everything to death. There are fun impact-frames, slow-downs and zoom-ins whenever you do crits, and the pixel art is fun. However, the game really doesn't offer anything that other games have. The controls feel clunky (controller recommended) and that can make the combat occasionally feel clunky when you're trying to dash or jump only to find that your character just doesn't respond to the inputs. The game balance feels a little off; it starts out easy then ramps up the difficulty dramatically, then goes super easy again. I'm not even quite sure how I got stronger, just got lucky and found more equipment I guess. Played on Easy so that might just be the difficulty setting. Building the home settlement gets annoying because you can only move right or left, and eventually your buildings get scattered. I find that I'm dashing constantly to get to one building to the next. Loading screens SUUUUCK. It's a cute little screen with tool tips, that's fine, but going into ANY location prompts a fade to black and loading screen. Every. Single. Time. Each location takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Countless fade to blacks. Wtf is this game loading? Every area is tiny and reuses the same assets... UI is tiny. My impaired vision made it hard to read. There is an option to scale up the UI, which was great, until I realized the map became bigger than the screen and I literally couldn't see certain buttons until I adjusted it. So... Bad UI scaling. This game has the same problem as all pixel games; the detail is in the tiny scraps of pixels, so if you have poor vision this game is not meant for you. Ultimately, I actually do enjoy this game. It took me an hour or two to get the gameplay loop, and eventually I found it somewhat relaxing to gradually explore the map and clear out levels. However, I am a boring, repetitive, tedious person. I do not believe the game appealing to this side of me is a good sign at all when it has other flaws. My suggestion is that if you REALLY like pixel games and think this old school gameplay looks fun, wait for a sale.
Very fun, lots to do and a good learning curve.
