Una obra maestra loco, sin mencionar los pedazos de temas que tiene
This is a great game once you get past the weird controls and combat. They aren't bad; they just aren't anything like what you would expect from a game where you pilot a space ship. For example, you can only move and attack on a horizontal plane (huh?). Most other things move on the same plane, but a few things--like missiles and fighters--can move above and below you temporarily. If you think of it as a naval warfare game, like "Black Flag", but with science fiction and outer space trappings, you'll probably appreciate it. If you think of this as a space flight simulator, you will be very disappointed and probably miss out on a good time.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I couldn't even figure out how to complete the first quest. Everything flies past too fast.
Fun game with an amazing soundtrack.
Honestly go play Black Flag and get the same experience but better with at least some depth to the story. For the rest a decent game
Great 2.5d space flying, easy controls and not super hard, yet satisfying combat. Nice space pirate-y game, plenty of ship choices and they let you have many different classes of ship. Not really a big story, its just there to push you along a little. Very minimal narrative, but lots of fun to be had. Despite the easy flying controls the ships are very detailed, so quite easy to get in the mood, role play etc.
It is an awesome game, not too complicated, personally i fell in love just because the soundtrack
What can i say about Rebel Galaxy that isn't said in the "about this game" section? This game has a great soundtrack and some relatively simplistic combat that allows you to experience naval style combat in space. This of course leads to much of the galaxy itself feeling a bit bland due to the fact that you're operating exclusively in two dimensions. However I can't bring myself to downvote this game. I've went through multiple play-throughs burning at the time of writing 90+ hours into this game. Perhaps i'm just a sucker for sci-fi games where you can fly around and act as a merchant or miner, or mercenary, etc. For an RPG the ability to max out your relations with various factions was a lot of fun and really enjoyable, being able to take the pirate route or work with the system militia is always a great option. Difficulty however tends to fall back on it's simplistic combat system consisting of omni-directional-turrets, broadsides, and ordinance. It's entirely possible to get too-far ahead of yourself and end up in a fight you can't win simply because your weapons aren't powerful enough to break through the enemy's shields. However that's part of the fun! the fact that you start out on a ship that's barely even capable of flight and within a few hours could be flying an absolute leviathan of a ship capable of singlehandedly taking down swarms of enemies feels awesome, and the fact that depending on how you build and play the game you're almost always capable of losing makes the challenge real. average game overall, especially if you're looking for something to burn some time, or just scratch that space-mercenary itch.
Repetitive but decent space trucker simulator, with plenty of blasting. Complete missions, buy better weapons, shields and gear; blast harder. Story missions? Meh... They're fine. I'm here to truck, in space. And blast. Getting interrupted while warping, or trying to warp, from one mission point to another was easily the worst part of the game. Buy a smaller ship, truckers. Smaller ships are nippier and can outrun a lot of the things trying to hit you. Bigger ships come with extra cannons and more space for upgrades, not that you can afford those for the first few hours. When you can, it's certainly an experience to be a juggernaut charging into the middle of a fleet, auto-cannons and lasers blasting away at fighters while you train cannon sights on capital ships. Helpfully, you can turn the music off and play your own in the background, which is great. I had a chilled 50 or so hours just running around the Sector, plying my trade and collecting achievements while I listened to synthwave playlists. Having bought at sale price, I definitely got my money's worth.
