As the commander of an immensely powerful star destroyer, you’ll battle pirates, explore anomalies, befriend aliens, scavenge battle wreckage, mine asteroids, and discover artifacts. Choose your path as a roguish do-gooder, crafty space-trader or power-hungry privateer – or maybe a little of each! Buy larger and more powerful craft with your hard-earned credits, and outfit them with a variety of wicked weapons and defenses. Set in a galaxy of fantastic sights, and secrets to be found, Rebel Galaxy is above all a space epic of adventure, exploration, and combat.

Fun game. I have never use Mouse and Keyboard always found controller easier to play. The game is def a grind. If you don't like grindy games this one may not be for you.
Do you like games that employ some nonsense in the save system that will, say, overwrite your current save with a backup from 3 days prior and make 10ish hours of progress vanish like a fart in the breeze? If so, this game is for you.

Starting my third playthrough, that is how much I love this game!
A lovely game. There are a few mechanics and bugs which could need an update, but its enjoyable. And the soundtrack is a 10/10. heartbreaking how the devs stopped developing games
Played it years ago on console, still great on pc, wish there were more games just like this but with more ships/weapons.
BORING. Bad story. Bad combat. Bad progression. Bad space travel. I got this 90% off and I'm still refunding it.

Loved this game since the first time I played it years ago but never got to finish it due to lack of cloud saves. Randomly searched Steam for it yesterday thinking "Can't be disappointed if it's still not on here, why not check anyway?" And there it was. And now I have cloud saves and I will never lose progress again due to PC problems. Sweet. Can't wait to get back into the cockpit. <3

For $2, it isn't terrible. After a few hours, you realize you are doing the same thing over and over. There really isn't much for tactics and the mobs are very dumb. This is a typical PS3/4 no thought arcade game. The graphics are fine and for a short while it is pretty fun. The constant jumping to light speed to get to the next location is pretty silly. Imagine an open world, where you are moving from one city to another and there is nothing to do or see on the way... that is what you have here,
