I hate the game but i gotta support a rayman title in the hopes of rayman 4 or a rayman 2/3 remaster. buy this if you like the og game ig if you've never played it before its one of the most infuriating platformers ive ever played not much else to it.

God I absolutely adore the original Rayman. I'm almost certain it's one of the first games I ever played, all the way back on the Sega Saturn as a kid. While the story is relatively simple, the gameplay and world building are the things that truly make this a masterpiece. The boss fights are memorable, the level designs are so fluid and well thought out, and the original soundtrack has to be one of the best of it's time. I was so reminiscent playing this title and so happy to see its anniversary celebrated with a steam release. We got numerous versions in one easy launcher, widescreen support, bonus levels, and the behind the scenes look of how it was developed. This updated version of the game sadly did strip away the incredible soundtrack we grew up with, which was a pretty big letdown. Also the addition of the rewind feature removes the difficulty if you decide to use it. I look at Rayman with childhood nostalgia and love it to bits, I'm so glad have played it once more. 10/10

Digital Eclipse did a really good job with this collection, it's got several versions of Rayman 1 into an exquisite package and they all ran smoothly last I tested. however Ubi's integration on Steam is pretty faulty to where even family sharing doesn't work, but - AND GET THIS - THIS IS UBISOFT'S FAULT, THEY HAVE ONE OF THE WORST ACCOUNT SYSTEMS TO DATE.

This is the hardest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game ever made, I see Band Land in my nightmares. I swear they were on crack when level designing Band Land why the ♥♥♥♥ is there an entire level made of those slippery lines
