Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
G-Rebels: An action-packed combat flight sim in a dystopian open world full of intrigue, free exploration, dangerous missions and breathtaking flight maneuvers.
In the year 2684, Earth was almost completely flooded by catastrophic events. The survivors created floating megacities, which compete for the remaining natural resources.
As part of an elite unit of the most powerful city-state, it is your job to ensure law and order in the metropolis and the colonies.
With your ultra-modern glider, you secure transport routes and fight organized crime. But the course of a secret mission suddenly calls everything into question: are you fighting for the right side or are you part of a dark conspiracy?
Discover vibrant metropolises, outposts, research facilities, factories, etc. in a freely explorable world of more than 12,000 square kilometers.
Follow the main storyline or discover the world on your own and earn your money in mining, as a bounty hunter, racing pilot, bodyguard, mercenary, pirate or as a hunter for lost artifacts.
Invest the credits you earn in upgrading your Skyblade: Engine, weapon or shield upgrades? AI-controlled drones, multi-warhead missiles or stealth devices? Plan your Skyblade's equipment before you go into battle.
Fight against other gliders or hack into their control unit to take control of enemy skyblades.
Take part in the battle for power: conquer outposts, skyports, power plants, etc. to help your faction gain influence and control.
Technical and visual highlights: Changing weather conditions with volumetric clouds, dynamic sun and moon position with realistic day-night changes, complete world streaming (no loading screens), real-time simulation of thousands of flying objects in the world, etc.

Guys.....its G Police...Im literally sitting here holding my disc from the old days. Its G Police. It will scratch the itch that no other game can. Throw on the OG soundtrack, and go. Its amazing. And idgaf what anyone says. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Yes it is beautiful. Yes the flight model is good. Yes the story is decent, the writing is ok, and the (AI) voice acting is fine. No it is not open world. It is 98% on rails and currently only contains about 5-10 hours of content. Be warned. False Advertising Warning: The early-access version of G-Rebels contains only the first story chapter and one city, despite the Steam stroe page suggesting that there is a large open world to explore.

It's addictive! It really feels like the good old G-Police, and weaving through the buildings at high speed is an absolute blast. Judging by the developers' vision, they're committed to bringing back that classic "fun-first" philosophy that's become so rare in modern games.
I feel conflicted about this game. I see a very bright future for it, it feels atmospheric and the bones are good. But man...the AI voices are rough. I would rather have no voice acting at all. They have absolutely no inflection in their tone and it just pulls me out of the immersion every time an NPC speaks.
Summary: Game has incredible potential, but it's just a tech demo. There are currently only 3 or 4 hours of content. This should not be a paid early access game, it should be a closed alpha test. I understand the desire to get cash flowing to continue development, but this is just not enough (for me). I can see the vision, and totally understand the price point, but it should be increased later, not full price now. If you are interested in a tech demo of what's to come and are confident in this developer's ability to finish the product, go ahead and buy it. It will be good if they follow through. That said, the lack of professionalism from the kid they have running their forums on Steam is concerning. I'm likely to completely reverse this review in 20-30 weeks when (if?) Block 2 of their roadmap is complete.
G-Rebels is great! Very good flight model and fun physics. The game is not too simulation or too arcade oriented, just the sweet spot for me. It feels really good to fly around the city and the graphics are amazing. There's a lot of potential with this game, I hope the developers will add a multiplayer co-op mode in the future. Easily recommended if you like the genre.
Early access rating 8/10.
I love this game and you will love it too!!!
Honestly. It's basically a blend between G-police (1997) and Air Car (2017) with graphics on steroids. The fact that they added native VR support is the cherry on top, but not only that!!!
The good stuff
The game supports hotas and they have plan to add telemetry for those of us who have a motion rig! I managed to play with my motion simulator with input based movements and I had a blast ( https://youtu.be/uPsru50Bma4 ). From what I have seen so far, missions are varied. You've got patrol missions, escort missions, races, smuggling etc. They are quite fun and will test your pilot skills. With hotas is incredibly good. Combat is fun and you can upgrade your ship with powerful stuff as you progress. Can't wait for telemetry to be implemented!!! Also...I haven't explored all the other maps as the version of the game I played didn't have those yet but from the trailers I know already that in VR they will look breathtaking...so yeah, I am really eager to play and finish this one.
the "cons"
I honestly couldn't find many negative things to say apart from some bugs I found in my playtest, but bare in mind this is early access. I have provided some feedback to the devs during my playtest and hopefully they will consider it (mostly about ui, some of the things when you upgrade your ship etc). Also if you're playing it in VR (as you should) settings will need to be tweaked! Even a 5090 can't run this game at 90 FPS on epic settings. In my video I show you my settings to get smoother FPS. Perhaps the only thing someone may find as a negative is the lack of multiplayer...but I guess, I think we should take the game for what it is. Who knows in the future if they will implement a pvp kind of match...that would be fun! To conclude:
Support these devs. This game deserves your time so it's worth buying it.
PS. Just to be crystal clear I didn't get sponsored from the devs. I just got the key for free, and they didn't tell me what to say nor they've seen my video before posting it.
Someone finally went and did it. If you ever wanted a modern take on G-Police, well here it is. And the vibes are immaculate.
Game looks amazing. The VR needs a hotfix. update: if i launch regular G-Rebels and not the OpenXR launch i see a choice for VR Mode and Standard when loading a file. But for some reason I'm only able to see out of one eye on my Bigscreen Beyond 2.
