I wish there was a "meh" recommendation... It's okay? You get the feel good brain chemicals from the clinking coins and the flashing lights... but that's kind of it? There's not really any story, unlocks take AGES to earn making the game very grindy and even then are such small visual changes I forgot they existed. Once you play for an hour you've basically played the next 2,000 hours. Good as a gift, not really worth a full price tag.

return my beloved
Compared to the other "gambling rouge" styel of games like bolatro or clover pit it is a slower experince more focused on building up fir big quick streak of number rapidly going up but still scratches the same itch and it's really quite fun
★★☆☆☆ - RACCOIN : Not a coin pusher, not a roguelike The success of *Balatro* has spawned a wave of roguelikes based on casino or traditional games. *RACCOIN* bills itself as a "coin pusher roguelike." Unfortunately, it fails to deliver on either front, as it is poor at both. Furthermore, I found only one viable strategy for winning a match. It isn't really a coin pusher. While the opening rounds might resemble one, the rest of the game is all about score optimization; thanks to the artifacts, you end up focusing exclusively on special coins. The goal isn't to spawn as many coins as possible; it’s just about launching your special coins, triggering the UFO, and that’s it. In that sense, it’s not a good roguelike either, because the element of chance is virtually non-existent. There is one way to win, and that’s that. If that were the only issue, I would have given it 3 stars. A game can miss its mark, but the act of creating it is still an achievement in itself. However, there are too many flaws: - A glaring lack of explanations or tutorials; I had to do my own research to understand the game mechanics; - The design is ugly, and certain actions aren't intuitive; - The music clearly lacks inspiration; - It fails to capture the excitement of playing an arcade or casino game; - A variety of special coins that you couldn't care less about. Put it all together, and you simply have no desire to start another round. I won one game. That’s enough; I’ve seen everything the game has to offer. Verdict : I’m not saying RACCOIN is a bad game. But it has too many flaws to truly shine among other roguelikes that do a better job
great little coin pusher
Have you ever walked passed a coin pushed and have had the thought: "I want to take my hands and scoop every single one of those coins into the shoot!" Well look no further because this game will scratch that itch and more when Balatro combos meet coins.
I love raccoons and this has tons of them.
I have been losing hours to this game! It's very addictive! I love it!
