Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

its like that mechanic in hollow knight but the whole game, i like that mechanic
Very fun precision platformer! quite challenging, at least for me. i have 6 hours logged and cleared the first level and half of the 2nd. and died 650 times. haha. i love the art. runs great on steam deck. highly recommended for challenging fun!
Very good platformer, good level design and movement. It feels just really fluid to travel levels once you get the hang of it. The boss fights are pretty cool and well design, based on the capacities of your character. aybe the art and music could've been better, my only real grief is the lisibility that can be weak sometimes (especially the blue energy flames at certain occasions like against a specific boss). If you like good platformers you can go without a problem I think.
Recommended! This is the only game that gave me the same vibe as the Path of Pain in Hollow Knight. The movement is tight, smooth, and super responsive, platforming feels flawless. You could even compare it to Celeste’s movement: ultra fluid. Right from the start, you get a double jump which makes pacing and control way easier. The level difficulty ramps up nicely, so with enough practice, you can overcome any challenge. Of course, in terms of value/content, Quetzal's Call doesn’t come close to Hollow Knight, especially for the sheer amount and quality of content. But if you just finished Path of Pain and want something similar, Quetzal's Call is the pick. I promise it won’t disappoint. Overall: 9/10
An absolute gem of a precision platformer.
It's Hollow Knight's Path of Pain but harder, in full game and with bosses.
