honestly its garbage you probably bought it for your friends thinking you were gonna play co-op FTL but its filled with vast emptiness boring fetch quests that in themselves are a chore to find. Now that the developers are finally done updating this game i can safely say i regret buying PULSAR: Lost Colony
Well, last time I played this ( like a couple years) it was a low budget "space hike" with an intrepid crew of you and some needy a.i. controlled bots or your useless, "if i could space you i would" mates in a fairly seemless tho underpopulated ? (not quite there, its got more going in but can be sparse sometimes) simulated galaxy. Legit tho, this is the first time since playing the original "F.E.A.R" game decades ago that not only got the hair on my neck to stand up it fully tightened the skin on the back of my head. Thoroughly awestruck by that moment. wont say what it was, but no doubt rng. Probably needed headphones for it to have worked so well, but usually game in a headset so who can say. If you like syndicated 1970's tv shows about stellar exploration on weirdly shaped vessels, this game is for you. Just dont expect the same level of detail as the official mmo of the genre has, because they got that producer money.

IT IS A VERY GOOD TIME
The game is something you can sit back and relax on when cruising across the cosmos. I do hope this game becomes more popular with time.
best baking simulator in the universe
Man darf hier keine 4060-Raytracing-Grafik erwarten. State of the Art was Grafik betrifft. Danke, danke, danke!
Definetly deserves more recognition as one of the best space sims out there, i implore the community to work on more workshop content for this.
Played this one on and off since it was in Early Access, returned for the full release to play through the finished campaigns. Incredibly fun and chaotic with friends. Single player requires a bit of time and tinkering to tune the CPU controlled crew members, but (assuming you rolled a galaxy map that isn't immediately deadly) is definitely possible to finish solo. At times, solo-ing the game can be preferable, as there is a surprising amount of depth to the world Leafy Games has built. In multiplayer you can often find yourself constantly on the move, which can make it hard to just hunker down and read some ship logs about the next cosmic horror around the corner.
