Finaly I understand what is it like to be in shoes of my psychiatrist. Very well done experience with excellent actors, excellent script and realistic settings. The minimal UI the author of the game offered adds to the immersion of being a medical professional with people that desperately seek help. Hats down, hoping this game succeeds in the game of the year vote.

It's an interesting concept for a game and it does delve into the topic of mental illness. Additionally, it provides a framework of the different kinds of mental illnesses and the drugs typically used to treat them. But really the most interesting aspect of the game is seeing the patients. They are everyday people who harbor some serious issues inside. The way an assessment of a diagnosis can be made is then simulated. Then you schedule another appointment and that's all I've seen so far in terms of gameplay--for many this could be a major disappointment. The game lacks some standard features though, such as a menu screen and I couldn't even figure out how to escape from the game. As a result, it sent me to hearing my next patient. There are definitely some mechanical flaws that need to be fixed.
