Proverbs is a simple puzzle game. It's good at what it does. It's almost literally a Minesweeper with some modifications. You unravel a giant painting, though there's very loose connection between the puzzle and the painting itself, it's mostly symbolic. Not much to add. Look at the screenshoot. Feel the chill energy of clicking the right cells solving a giant simple puzzle. Sometimes that's all you need.

I love Minesweeper. I love Picross. I love jigsaw puzzles. This game scratched all those itches at once.

Music gets repetitive, and once the rules of the game clicks there's nothing new. Very very meditative though and honestly, if you just need a no stakes puzzle to think about, it's a good time.

Wonderful game. Perfect for playing while listening to a podcast! The controls are exactly what I'd hope for and the art is so cute. Truly an incredible puzzle game.

This game is super addictive. It's kind of strange when you first start but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. Playing while listening to an audiobook or youtube video has been my favorite way to destress after work.
