Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
11 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
🌍 Prototype 2 - Still Ripping Helicopters Out of the Sky After All These Years
What I Played: This is my second rodeo with Prototype 2. I 100%'d this bad boy back on the Xbox 360 years ago and honestly thought I was done with it. Then it popped up in my Steam library and I thought "yeah, why not." 127 hours later, I've 100%'d it again. No regrets. Heller's revenge story still hits, and consuming someone mid-sprint off a rooftop never gets old no matter how many times you do it. The Good:

The power fantasy is absolutely unmatched. By endgame you're basically a walking apocalypse — tendrils, claws, hammerfists, blade arm — and switching between them mid-combo feels just as satisfying as it did on 360. Few games let you suplex a tank and then glide across Manhattan like it's nothing.
The progression loop is genuinely addictive. Hunting down Blacknet targets, consuming scientists for upgrades, clearing infected lairs — there's always something pulling you forward. Getting every mutation and maxing everything out scratches that completionist itch perfectly.
Heller is a way better protagonist than Mercer was in the first game. Dude's angry, he's funny, and he actually has a reason to care about what's happening. His one-liners while dismembering mutants are peak.
The open world destruction still holds up. Hijacking helicopters, dropkicking hunters into buildings, causing absolute chaos in the red zones — it's pure dumb fun and I mean that as the highest compliment.
The Bad:

Graphically it's showing its age pretty hard on PC. Textures are muddy, character models are rough, and there's no real modern resolution support without tweaking. Would kill for a remaster.
The mission variety gets repetitive in the back half. Go here, consume this guy, fight a wave of enemies, repeat. It didn't bother me much because the combat carries everything, but I noticed it more the second time around.
No controller rumble support on PC which is a weird omission for a port. Missed that feedback from the 360 version honestly.
Verdict: Recommended - I literally 100%'d this game twice across two platforms. That should tell you everything. If you want a power fantasy where you're an unstoppable bioweapon shredding through New York, this is it. It's not perfect, but after 127 hours I'm still grinning every time I elbow-drop a Goliath off a skyscraper. Just buy it.

11 on sale4 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 4 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 11 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

favorite childhood game
