Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Project Hospital: The Realistic Hidden Gem You Need to Play
Honestly, this game is a total hidden gem. If you're looking for a hospital sim that goes deeper than just "quirky" visuals, Project Hospital is where it’s at. There is so much potential here, and I really hope the dev team continues to grow this IP because it deserves a long-term future. A lot of people naturally compare this to Two Point Hospital or the classic Theme Hospital, but for me, this game stands in a league of its own because of its realistic approach to management.

Why It Hits Differently
• The Realistic Edge: Unlike its competitors that focus on "joke" illnesses, this game takes a grounded approach to medicine. You’re actually diagnosing real conditions using actual medical tests—from X-rays to blood labs. • Deep Management: The micro-management is incredibly satisfying. You aren't just placing rooms, you're managing departments, hiring specialized staff, and optimizing the flow of a trauma center. • Architecture Freedom: The building system is surprisingly flexible. You can design every single floor plan from scratch, making your hospital look like a modern medical marvel or a cozy local clinic. I’ve had so much fun with this game for a while now. It’s the perfect mix of "relaxing" and "engaging" for any casual gamer who loves a good sim. I’d love to see the developers implement pricing decisions for individual treatments to balance profit and patient volume, along with Marketing and PR mechanics to actively manage the hospital’s prestige. Adding seasons to create unpredictable patient surges and allowing sponsorships with pharma companies would add that extra layer of high-stakes strategy that every management fan craves. If these economic layers were added, Project Hospital would truly be an unbeatable masterpiece in the genre. Rating: 4/5 "It’s not just a tycoon game; it’s a detailed medical sim with a heart." Spoiler Warning:
You might end up spending hours just perfecting your hallway layouts!
Great!
For someone who put hundreds of hours into Theme Hospital as a teenager, this game is pure joy for my adult self. This is a much more serious, detailed approach. I will say that there were some things I ran into that I struggled to figure out why my hospitals kept failing - I mostly only played sandbox mode, because I don't enjoy campaigns on simulation games, so there were some aspects I just had to figure out for myself/look up online. Things I enjoy the most: -Hiring/firing doctors and nurses to find the perfect balance of skill, specialization, and trainees to optimize patient care and budget. -Optimizing hospital layout (took me six tries to get that one right) -Optimizing order of specializations to not drive the hospital into massive debt (Ortho first, always) -Setting nurse and doctor operations to make sure surgery and urgent care were always prioritized. Things I didn't like: -Creating my own rooms. Since there are things each room needs to have (and it doesn't tell you what those are), it's so much easier to just use the prefabricated rooms, but that does reduce your ability to make a more fun/customized hospital layout. -Room scheduling. You can schedule order of surgeries, but for diagnostic rooms and whatnot, you have less control (as far as I can tell) over patient ordering/scheduling. This is particularly a problem for radiology rooms which always seem to be backed up, and I'd often lose neuro urgent care patients because I couldn't get them in for CTs quickly enough.
