Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands™

The biggest turn down is the fighting system. The free-form fighting sytem from the previous installations, full of combos, acrobatics and challenging enemies that is real eye candy in the hands of an experienced player, is gone. The new fighting system is reduced to slashes and kicks. The kick is necessary to stun an enemy with a shield (unless Prince gets Razia's sword, then you don't even need that). Kicking a single enemy off the platform is possible, but why bother when the Prince can cleave and slash through dozens of enemies (that behave like stalks of grain waiting to be mown) at once. The same applies to the aerial slash/kick. Prince can charge the attack and do a combo when timed right. And that's pretty much it. Otherwise, it's a fun and easy little game with a linear but nice environment, simple story and a good pace.

3/10 просто лише через те що це культова серія ігор, а по факту 0/10 пролетілась за <4 години, з кучою негативу і жалем над витраченими грошима на цю гру куча візуальних багів, пропадаючих текстур, кулінга пастки проектував якийсь дуже чіл гай, 0 проблем, 1 секунду зачекав і просто пробігаєш навіть не зупиняючись чи думаючи ідея зробити гру слешером з скопійованими елементами з бога війни виглядають жалюгідно, моби тупо стоять, великанів просто з зажатою атакою біля ноги вбиваєш, система прокачки не дає можливості викачати все до кінця гри, но здається якби так можна, то гра ще легшою була чим нічого існує лише нормал і легкий режим складності який гра постійно пропонує понизити, хоча жодних труднощів чи смерті за гру від мобів я не побачив паркур скучний, та короткий, вступна сценка програється довше чим проходяться всі її елементи окремий жирний мінус, це проблема з частини в частину у вигляді зламаного напрямку стрибку, який в цій частині став просто номером один, всі смерті в грі через те що челікс замість того щоб стрибнути прямо вирішує що це крута ідея вальнутись в стіну, або ж ті самі кнопки на другій підвішеній колоні стрибають вже не прямо, а в бік

O jogo é divertido e tem bons gráficos mesmo para um jogo antigo e pega com um controle o que ajuda bastante a vida do jogador. Mas o que mais realmente frusta o jogador e está me fazendo ter quase que um ataque cardíaco de tanta raiva é quantidade surreal de bugs que esse jogo tem. 1 - Uso um monitor com alto falantes esterio e mesmo com um volume relativamente alto, o jogo tem o volume reduzido ao extremo me obrigando a usar fones para poder aproveitar melhor o som do jogo e o mesmo fica constantemente chiando quando não tem musica. 2 - Muitas vezes o príncipe não levanta ao cair no chão fazendo você assim tomar muito dano dos inimigos e prejudicando o combate durante a partida e os comandos as vezes independentemente eu use um teclado ou um controle tem um leve delei as vezes o que pode prejudicar a sua partida muitas vezes. 3 - MUITOS MAS MUITOS MESMO bugs gráficos. 4 - Ser obrigado a logar em uma conta Ubisoft constantemente para poder jogar mesmo tendo comprado o jogo completo na steam e fora que algumas conquistas não estão mais disponíveis por conta da falta de um modo online desse jogo.

Отличная игра в стиле оригинальной трилогии Принца! Не понимаю, откуда столько хейта было. Интересный сюжет, хороший паркур, да боёвка не сказать что уникальная или шедевральная, но со своей задачей вполне отлично справляется. Единственное замечание по игре - баг при падении от врагов, когда ГГ продолжает лежать чтобы ты не нажимал. Я этому нашёл "противоядие" - активировал каменную кожу, и после следующей атаки врагов контроль над ГГ возвращался. 8/10

Good memory Great game sad ubisoft stopped developing more POP

im giving a yes to recommending the game cuz no wouldnt really justify it (there should be a 50/50 option for reviews on steam) i was a PoP fanboy since childhood and really wanted to play this game since i was a kid, but now that i have played it, omg this was so terrifyingly MID, the parkour was the best in the series yes, but aside from that everything else was mid, the combat was SOOOOOOO dumbed down, its literally just mash attack and use whirlwind once in a while (you literally dont need any other ability for fights). The minibosses and bosses were just copied throughout the whole game, which i also expected the final boss fight to be BUT it was not so... that was a little surprise AND THAT GOD AWFUL GLITCH OF THE PRINCE FALLING DOWN AND THEN NOT GETTING BACK UP FOR A WHOLE MINUTE OR SMTH IS SUCH BULLSH**, UBISOFT JUST REFUSES TO WORK ON THEIR GAMES OR SMTH, LITERALLY COULD'VE FIRST TRIED EVERYTHING IN THIS GAME BUT THAT SINGULAR GLITCH MADE ME LOAD THE LAST CHECKPOINT LIKE 10 TIMES. painfully average game, even though it couldve been so much more, i wanted it to be more, it's 6/10 at best :(

The story of this game is really good, but it has a lot of glitches that Ubisoft still hasn't fixed. If you like story-based action-adventure games, I definitely recommend playing this game. The parkour is also really fun and one of the best parts of the game. My Rating: 9/10 I completed this game on my laptop in 2024, but I had actually finished it before in 2015 when I borrowed my friend's Xbox 360 for a month. This is my favorite Prince of Persia game, and I'm a big fan of the Prince of Persia series.
